I ordered a large Ice teaUnfortunately they filled my cup with all ice and barey any Ice tea.I went to complain and because i did not ask for less ice i was told they will not refil my cup.

Best service of any Dunkin around. I live in Andover and prefer to drive here because the experience is so much better. The team is efficient and kind! They know my name and always greet me with a warm smile!

Knocked on bathroom was locked.. heard a flush and employee came out, he definitely blew it up, did not hear sink after flush so I looked and sink was bone dry. Disgusting

Staff are unfriendly and not helpful. When ordering a salted caramel cold brew they gave us plain cold brew with whipped cream no salted caramel stuff and told us they don’t carry it anymore. We get it at all the other Dunkin’s around. I feel like if they didn’t have that item they could have told us that at the time of ordering our drinks.

The drinks are almost always great, the only complaint I have is that so often the lids aren’t on right and it’ll cause drinks to spill everywhere. Sometimes the lids seem stretched out and even if you try to fix it, it won’t sit right on the cup. This isn’t really Dunkin’s fault though, just whoever makes their cups/lids.
