I worked with Tracey to set up our appointment to have our generator serviced and she was great. She remembered me immediately from a previous call and found me a technician next day for our service.
Tucker was our technician, he was one of the best service men I have dealt with. We are in a 15000 sqft building and Tucker took his time walking through the entire building and finding a solution to my issue of having the unit connected to the app. As the new building manager he was patient, kind, and explained the system in detail for me since it was new and I am still getting familiar with the building. I am grateful for this company, its customer service and having a team that I know can help me.

From the very first interaction, it was clear that EM Electric prides itself on delivering quality and professionalism, and the results speak for themselves.
Your crew, Tucker and especially Mike, demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise and commitment throughout the entire process. Not only did they go above and beyond, but they also ensured every detail was executed to perfection. I was particularly impressed by the meticulous attention given to neatness. It’s rare to find a team that combines both skill and efficiency with such a strong sense of customer care.
You communicated clearly and consistently, ensuring I was informed every step of the way, and were always responsive to questions or concerns. The best experience I've had with a contractor and I've had them all. Russ Virgilio came out to our home and answered all of my questions including a few I didn't think to ask! All of his guys did an outstanding job installing our new Kohler generator. Kudos to his point man Mike. NO more power outages for us!

Best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Russ, as the project manager and his crew answered every question or concern I had with promptness and professionalism. Russ communicated to me every step of the process from picking a good spot for the generator, to the permitting process, and final inspections. EM Electric is very lucky to have someone like Russ working for them. He is the first person you hear from and see that will either make or break the deal. I 100% recommend EM Electric to do your generator install.

A+++. Literally the best experience I've ever had with any service provider.
Russell and his team of Michael and Michael from EM Electric far exceeded any expectation I had.
They reset the bar for customer service.
EM Electric installed a 22 kW Kohler standby natural gas generator.
There is absolutely no evidence, other than the generator, they did any work at my home.
They were courteous, professional, conscientious, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about their product and the process.
There was no pressure during our initial engagement.
I interviewed four service providers, two generac and two Kohler, and settled with EM Electric to install a Kohler, which is the far better product.
It's cliche but Russell has become like family.
He is empathetic and cares about the actual individual and the work that is being done more than making a dollar.
Michael, his lead technician, blew me away with his technical acumen an expertise.
Unlike the other three prospective service providers, EM Electric, with Michael's guidance, did not need to tear apart any portion of my house to run the electric from one side to the other. He found an alternative solution to mitigate any significant construction.
Despite the project being completed a few weeks ago, our relationship continues.
It almost sounds to good to be true but it's not. We found the diamond in the rough.
Would highly recommend.

We had a Kohler Generator installed by EM Electrical. The service was great. They were very careful, strategic and detailed throughout the whole installation process. Russ was extremely helpful in explaining the installation process, how the system works and how to use the correlated app. I would highly recommend them for generator installation.

Russ Virgilio of EM was our general contractor for our installation and he took care of everything from start to finish.
