Had these guys for a few years. Finally ditched gas and they were supposed to come and get the tank. MONTHS later..Some guy..strolls all over the back of my property walking around on the phone. Albeit never ONCE Knocking on my door. Then maybe he would have known the reason I DO NOT ALLOW PEOPLE TO WALK AROUND UNINVITED ON MY PROPERTY. My wife has MS..She has Attacks..and this one was bad. If he had knocked..like any normal person..he would have known how scary those attacks are...that some stranger in my backyard describing the contents on the phone(Have ALL of this on my surveillance cameras) would ABSOLUTELY scare the heck out of my wife in that state. I threw him off the property..but not before I let him know how I felt(I don't apologize for ANY thing said)..He stepped to me aggressively(also on camera)..like this was his property..threatened to take the tank( SMH)they were supposed to come MONTHS ago to get..Avoid these people..period...

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are extremely rude and have no interest in helping customers. I requested a delivery and no one ever showed up on the day it was scheduled. I called to see the status of my delivery and no one could give me an answer. I was told they would call back when they found any information. Never received a call back. I called back the next day to inquire about the delivery and spoke to a rude employee that made it very clear that my call was an inconvenience. Very unprofessional, terrible customer service and billing departments.

I’m genuinely shocked by the negative reviews. Fairclough saved our Thanksgiving!The day before Thanksgiving, we had an appliance repair tech come to the house because our oven was making a weird noise. Turns out, my husband hadn’t been checking the propane level, and the appliance guy gently told me we are on 0 and to call for propane immediately to solve our problem. I promptly called Fairclough, and they said they could come out on Black Friday. I begged and asked if there’s any way they could come same day, I’d even pay an emergency fee. The gentleman I spoke to said they don’t do that, but he’d speak with some other people and see if they could squeeze in a visit to my house. He booked me for Friday and said he’d call me back. A few hours later, I had given up hope since I hadn’t gotten a call back. But I saw the Fairclough truck pulling up to the house and immediately started crying. I was cooking the turkey this year and delivering food to family members who have newborn babies and couldn’t get together. Our Thanksgiving would have been ruined!! I wish I knew who I spoke to or who the driver was, but we are so grateful.

Called Fairclough when we had a propane tank accident on our property and the existing propane supplier was not responding properly. They offered assistance with how to shut it off even though it wasn't their tank. Consequently our existing supplier failed to follow through on the promised repair when we were nearly out of propane and wouldn't respond again. I called Fairclough on a Friday and they there the next business day as promised with two 100 gallon temporary tanks. Although the temporary was marginal for our amount of usage, Fairclough was there every time I was even thinking it might be running low. This week Fairclough arrived with a team as promised to install a new 1000 gallon underground tank. Their team was amazing!!!!!! The tank was installed about 100 feet from the house so it was a substantial amount of work. They completed the work expertly with amazing speed and accuracy. The yard was left IMPECCABLE considering the amount of excavation. I apologize that I can't recall all the team members names to give them a shout out but I want them to know their professionalism was truly appreciated in this day and age of lackluster is good enough. I also like the fact that a live person always answers their phones.

Staff is helpful when you call. Deliveries are prompt. We have used them for years, never any complaints, always praise.

Horrible experience with this company. Terminated oil service without even giving a phone call to customer who has done business with them since 2016 at multiple properties. Very unprofessional and rude representatives in this company. Seek your service needs elsewhere.

This company is horrible. We purchased our home in July 2019 and Fairclough tanks were already on the property. We signed up as a new customer - filled out paperwork and credit information and mailed it into the company. A few weeks later I called and Nancy told me that they didn’t get our paperwork yet. She then told me that sometimes it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get their mail. I call BS! I ran out of propane a week later. Called and they sent a guy out for delivery a day later and wanted payment on the spot. Called and Nancy again said that she hadn’t processed the paperwork. I then ran out of propane a second time and they came out a day later again. Still no auto delivery. Two weeks later still no auto delivery and out of propane. Spoke to Nancy again and she told me I had an outstanding invoice to be taken care of before delivery. I told her when did you send me an invoice- her answer yesterday - so let me get this right - it takes 4 to 6 weeks for her to get mail - but they send and invoice yesterday and I’m supposed to get the invoice by mail and pay it within 12 hours. Again I call BS! So I asked Nancy to speak to her manager. She told me that Joe was the manager and then threatens to pick up their tanks. She’s such a customer service expert. So this is how they treat a new customer. Enough of the BS.Today I called Nancy and told her to tell Joe to pick up his tanks. I got a new supplier! Stay away from this company, Nancy (#thecustomerserviceexpert) and Joe (#thephantommanager).#pickupyourtanks #yourfired!!!

Nothing but good experiences. When I need a fill, they come same/next day. When my HVAC had issues and company blamed it on propane valves (which turns out weren’t the problem) fairclough came next day and replaced valves at no charge. Prices were competitive/better than the larger companies and the crew that comes to fill/service have always been nice.I don’t have experience with any other propane company, but I have no reason to look elsewhere either. Thumbs up, thanks for helping keep us warm
