They won’t cash a check if you don’t have an account there , Even when the owner of the company that gave you the check told you to just let them know to call him. No, they won’t do it typical they have your money, but they don’t wanna give it to you. Gotta love it.

The customer service at the Andover branch is outstanding. Jordan, Taylor and Sophie always greet me with a smile and cheerfully process my transactions. Dan, my financial advisor is knowledgeable, friendly and gives me great advice. I’m so impressed with the customer service here that I moved all my accounts from a much larger national bank that treated me like I was just a name on a spreadsheet.
