A walk in , told the person checking me in it was my first time at great clips ! i waited 40 minutes to be “squeezed in “ then past off to the most inexperienced hair stylist ever who stated “ im not comfortable with using a razor to do a fade, i said have a nice day and left !! Ya, never again !!

Amazing…I was a walk in and Erin fixed my hair since I tried to cut it myself on a whim, lol, and failed. She was so supportive and it came out so cute. She was so understanding and could not have been kinder and more helpful. The place is meticulous and convenient. At least I’m not embarrassed to deal with our family function tomorrow and next week. I look forward to going back in a few months again.

Usually I get a nice haircut at thenGreat Clips where I live in Florida. However, this time at another shop in NJ it was terrible. The beautician did not follow my instructions, cutting my hair way too short. The layers were not blended in and the two sides were not symmetrical. Even a good friend commented on my haircut encouraging me never to let that person cut my hair again. I am waiting for it to grow and then will have to go somewhere else to get a good precision cut.

I remember that as a boy you went to a barber shop. The haircut man was very friendly and he knew my dad’s name. He would always put a warm towel over my face. No fancy appointment needed. The aroma was amazing to smell. Even shave my dad’s face with a straight razor.
Maybe the staff at great clips should take the opportunity to get to know their customers. I don’t hear about pleasurable experiences at Great Clips. The sunlight is very bright which makes the place very hot. No shades! The stylist talks about basic subjects.( if at all).
I can only wonder why nobody really talks about great clip experiences…

Rushed consult, I hate this hair:/ cut way too short for what are supposed to be curtain bangs. The stylist Monica didn’t go over the bangs length and just cut them. So unhappy.
