I checked in from my car about 20 mins before my appointment and was called in a few minutes early. The check-in staff was friendly and efficient and the place seemed nice and clean. The phlebotomist was one of the best I’ve had - my veins are usually not easy to find so I suggested using my hand and she checked the veins there but also moved onto my arm to check and she found a vein there. I didn’t realize she inserted the needle, there wasn’t even a pinch. She took her time to find a good vein instead of poking me 6 times like other service providers have in the past at other locations which was obviously a nice change of pace for me.

My first time doing blood work, and I told them that it was my first time. Was never given instructions on what to do for my urine collection, never was given the step by step of what’s going to happen with the blood draw and urine collection. Was in there 100% blind from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out.
When I made my appointment and when I checked in, it asked me both times if I fasted (which I did by the way). When my blood was getting drawn, the lady who drew my blood, (Viola I think was her name) asked me if I fasted when she was DONE with the draw. Then I started to feel the feeling of being lightheaded and nauseous. As I was feeling better another nurse (thick Eastern European accent I think?) asked me if I fasted, to which again I said I did. For her to respond to me in a nasty attitude saying *I* should’ve let them know I fasted.
I answered the question twice when I checked in and made the appointment and I was NEVER asked or it was never said to be confirmed prior to the draw. It was a rushed, disorganized mess.
I still have no idea what happened to me, they never gave me more than 5 seconds when they came to check on me after I was feeling lightheaded. They never explained what happened to me and gave me no reassurance of the after effects, though now I feel normal again.

Every single time I wait over the time for my appointment. I have to come every month and every single time I wait over 45 minutes from my appointment time if not more..

Very quick and easy process! The lady who drew the bloodwork was great and I didn’t even feel a thing. Very impressed

i don’t understand, how is it possible, that even when you make an appointment, you come in on time, the wait room is absolutely empty, i mean you are the only person in there, and yet you still end up waiting for 20+ minutes? How??there is no way of making the process efficient?

I can’t imagine how the reviews are anything but great. I’ve been going here for a condition that requires frequent bloodwork. Always punctual, professional service when you have an appointment and know to sign in on the tablets. (It’s user-friendly, very easy)

This location ended up being a great LabCorp . They know what they’re doing here . I was in and out in 5 minutes .

Nothing against the employees. But the check in is so inefficient. Why for a specimen drop off do you have to wait so long? Why can't you just drop it off? And why don't they take those first seeing as how it takes no time at all?

Waiting time with app 30 minutes, without an hour.. Been here many many times and never sit 10-15 minutes, always at least 30-40 minutes.

Everyone here is super friendly, my daughter always leaves with a bunch of stickers and a smile. Always a pleasant experience!

Absolutely abysmal "customer service". Was directed yesterday to drop off a sample. Arrived at 10A to drop off, but was made to sign in, sit and wait. Told eastern European woman I had to go to work, she said, "You should have left earlier". 15 minutes to DROP OFF a urine sample as they directed a day previously. Horrible attitudes.

Horrible place. Nasty and disrespectful Russian/ Ukrainian woman was taking our information. One, couldn’t speak English well enough. Two, telling me they wouldn’t take me because I couldn’t remember to bring a physical copy of my insurance card, but I have it on my phone. And the woman physically told me I have to have it in hand or I could leave. I’ve been to 3 other Labcorp locations and never I have I EVER dealt with such rudeness for something so simple. Mind you, THREE, she is asking me and my husband HIPPA questions, and I’m trying to be respectful and calm and say I’m not telling you my personal stuff because HIPPA and she got nastier with me.

Writing this review only because i have the time right now, since i’m stuck here for my 1 hour glucose test. A little irritated at the moment, because I took an early 1 hour glucose test earlier this pregnancy (due to chronic hypertension), also at this location, and the employee i got last time who checked me in then was so nice and accommodating and let me go sit out in my car while i waited for my blood draw. The woman who just checked me in this time however, when I asked if i could wait in my car and told her i was permitted to last time, she said “its policy for you to stay with us in case you don’t feel well” ??? This is my 5th baby, and I’ve always been able to leave during the hour wherever i have gone (again- including HERE like 2 months ago). Pros: Timing wise, if you make an appointment, they see you pretty promptly, and I’ve had a couple good experiences with a few different employees here… Thats about all the positive feedback i can give right now, due to being in a less than ideal mood at the moment, having to stay here for the next 45 minutes and stare at the wall. At least writing this review killed some of my time though.
