From start to finish the buying experience was a pleasure. Co owner Mike McGuire along with Sales Manager Mark Zehnbauer sat down with me and made sure the vehicle that I wanted was ordered to my specifications. Once my vehicle arrived from the factory I was introduced to my Sales Associate Frank Philhower who made the buying process, fast and easy . Assistant Service Manager Devon Doyle answered all my questions about any future services needs. McGuire Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air in the car buying experience.

To start the sales price listed on the contract was not the negotiated price. A$400 key charge was added, and when I questioned it the financial guy made it seem like it was standard. If I hadn't made a big deal I would've been over charged $900. The sales guy James was very nice.

The sales associates were excellent. The rest of my experience wasn't. I drove three hours to see a used vehicle that was in much rougher condition than the pictures or dealership disclosed. I offered $2000 lower than the asking price because there was a belt squeal, had only one key, the tonneau cover was missing, there was additional body damage, the headliner was sagging, and the driver's seat had a 4 inch rip in the leather. The owner of the dealership low-balled my trade-in by over $7000 (2021 Mazda CX-30 with 14,000 miles), and refused to budge on the trade-in or price of the used car. He flat out refused to negotiate on either one. REFUSED. Since I don't have thousands of dollars burning a hole in my pocket, I got in my car and drove three hours home. If you're happy paying exactly what is on the price tag, don't care how much you get for your trade-in, and have thousands of dollars to throw out the window, go for it--this is the dealership for you.

Recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass from this dealership. They added “etching for added security” if car was ever stolen to the list of things on my invoice. Added security? Sure sign me up! I called salesman yesterday and asked if this car was a lease vehicle prior to me why that dealership didn’t “etch” windows before it left their lot ? I also asked where “etching” was as I didnt see anything different. Well….. come to find out they charged me $289.00 to put STICKERS on side of doors….because they stopped etching windows over 3 YEARS AGO!! Salesman definitely said etching!!So $289.00 for someone to just put stickers on my door! I said “so you charged me $289 for 2 stickers and he said (I kid you not) “you have 4 doors” !!! My grandkids could have placed stickers for free!! Salesman kept saying “ if your car is stolen you will get a check for $2500.00. Definite scam to pad the dealer’s pockets. Looking into exactly where/how this “insurance” works. Not done with this yet….this senior citizen won’t let it slide.

Fast, no haggle, and a representative, James, answered any and all questions that I had. I am extremely happy with my purchase AND the scenic view from the top of the hill which, by the way, had zero to do with buying a new car.

I was so pleased that they not only fixed my problem, but they were very honest, and it was all covered under my warrantee. They were very helpful and fixed my car sooner than expected. I would highly recommend McGuire Chevrolet.

Took a 16 year old car in for a recall that was open since 2009 . I was surprised to hear that the recall we still being serviced and they set up my appointment and ordered the parts . At the appointment they took the car in right way and turned it back to be promptly as I waited in the lounge . The lounge area was fully equipped to make you wait more comfortable. One of the best qualities in my opinion is when I walked the show room floor I was asked by the front desk if I needed help , and I said no just browsing and my car was in service . I was not hounded by sales reps to buy a car with is always the worst part of the dealership experience.

This dealership is very shady do not buy anything used from them. I asked about the 2018 Silverado I purchased if the vehicle maintenance was good and if there were any issues and the salesman frank looked into it and said it was squeaky clean. Come to find out there were major repairs done to transmission on multiple occasions and it’s far from fixed. After about 2 months of ownership I will be parting ways with this truck and dealership. I would use extreme caution when dealing with anyone at this dealership.

I was very impressed with McGuires' service department. I didn't buy my car there, but they were very courteous and willing to do a retrofit on it. They even washed my car for me! I highly recommend them! Thank you!

I’ve had my 2011 Cadillac serviced at McGuire numerous times for major mechanical issues. The price and labor charges are reasonable based on having Cadillac qualified technicians service my car. Most recently, I met Destiny in the Service Department. She was courteous and extremely professional in every aspect of serving my automotive repair needs. She explained the repair requirements in detail and applied available discounts to my total repair bill without my having to ask. My total repair bill amounted to almost $4,000. So I was very appreciative for the discount Destiny applied. She is a definite asset to your company and should be commended for her attention to detail and quality of service.

I took the car in for a noise complaint.Mechanics NEVER drove the car before lifting it up. If they had driven, they would've known the noise was coming from the right front wheel bearing. But instead, I received a call that my exhaust and manifold was cracked. I said it was okay to replace it as I wanted the NOISE gone. But instead, my car was returned with THE SAME NOISE as when I took it in. I was charged $1,396.65 for a service that DID NOT needed to be done ON THAT DAY! You don't know my financial situation, maybe I couldn't spend that amount on that day! But I accepted the charges because I wanted the noise gone, but you returned my car with the same exactly noise. Then, I called to say that the noise was still there, and was told I had to take the car back the next day for ANOTHER SERVICE, which I did, and the wheel bearing was replaced, and the NOISE IS FINALLY GONE!!! Even though I had to pay an EXTRA $420.99IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT AND DRIVE EVERY CAR BEFORE YOU TAKE INSIDE YOUR SHOP. AND MAKE SURE WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER COMPLAINS ABOUT GETS FIXED AND NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY YOUR SERVICE TEAM!!!I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR MECHANICS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

McGuire Chevrolet is great. Mike and Sean McGuire are wonderful to work with. Jim Quinn our salesman is great - very thorough and excellent to work with. We’ve gotten at least 10 cars from McGuire’s! The best!
