Could not have had a more wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz of Newton! Tim and the team— Justin, AJ and John made the experience hassle free and fun! Yes- I said fun! The showroom is gorgeous, I was able to test drive a variety of cars that I had researched. They put together all the contracts in a flash and made the finance process super simple. Best part- when I went to pick up my new car there was a huge red bow on it!! Absolutely recommend MB of Newton!!!

Excellent service and speed - very responsive. Despite Mercedes of Newtown not being the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, they were very supportive and able to help with damage to one of my tires. They took my vehicle without an appointment, and Scott made every effort to accommodate me. I was thoroughly pleased with the service and response, and would highly recommend them.

Leased a vehicle here recently and what a wonderful experience, from start to finish! Worked with Justin Bullaro and he made the entire process smooth and painless. Got flat tire on Friday night. Showed up at the Dealer on Saturday Morning greated by Linda. I gave here the tire size from the front tire on the car she checked and did not have the tire in stock she advised it would be in on Monday and put us in a loaner car. Monday came and they realized i gave the size of the front tire and the back was a different size however they had the tire in stock. Picked up the car an around 5:30 everything went very smoothlty. Linda is a gem. When I got home I realized it was a different tire then the rest (car is 4 months old) I left Linda a message and she reached out to me in the morning (today) advising it is different and she will have the correct tire in a couple of hours. She called me to advise tire was in , went to the dealer to have the tire switched out I have never seen a person apologize as much as Linda had . Good news the change was done sure fast and she gave me good news that I saved $38 as the correct tire was cheaper. This is the reason I stay local and support local businesses. Thank you again Linda for excellent service.
