Very rude employees. Never going again. I walked in, said what I wanted, the woman proceeded to yell at me and told me I did not need the acrylic set that I was asked for even though my old set has either fallen off or is lifting (for context i’ve had this set for literally half a year or longer at this point…). Very inappropriate to tell your customer she doesn’t need something that she came in to pay for. I walked out.

Did a decent job. One of the few places that offers extra massage. 10 minutes for 15. They are very budget friendly and clean. You get what you pay for though. Chairs are a little worn, services can fell rushed...but add the extra massage for the same price as someplace else and it's nice and relaxing.

Walked in and asked for an ACRYLIC set. Woman doing my nails then proceeded to do a gel set. Well I guess she must have saw the weird look on my face because she then confirmed that she had done the wrong thing and I wanted an acrylic set. She then proceeded to put dehydrator on top of the gel set she had just done and applied Dip powder over top of the Gel set. I was so upset at that point I told her I would paint them at home and to just finish shaping them. At the end of the service I told her that I knew the service she did on me was not right and that I was upset about it; she then proceeded to argue with me that she put acrylic on and it will stay even better now and that I don’t know what I’m talking about. DON’T GO HERE IF YOU GET ACRYLIC NAILS because they do not know what they’re doing! And to the owner if they see this, if you don’t do acrylic JUST SAY THAT! I’m absolutely disgusted by the dishonesty of your employee.

If I could give zero stars I would. Got my nails done for my sisters wedding since I was a bridesmaid. Even though I had an apt and showed up half an hour early. the woman pushed me to the waiting area for over an hour while accepting walk ins. After an hour of waiting I had asked what's going on. She finally took me. She had a nasty attitude and didn't even listen to me when I told her what I wanted to get done to my nails. She also never asked me what length or shape I wanted she just chose for me. I have never had such a horrible experience in a woman's salon it was a horrible experience and she was so rough with my nails they prob spent 45 mins filing even when I continued to say out loud that hurts can we please be done and was still ignored. . I got a horrible infection. By the time they were done with my nails they were so raw. The acrylic nails looked like absolute crap wasn't even an even paint job and no cross examination to see if the nails were even similar in size like they are supposed to do. I paid for the nails and she had the audacity to get angry at me for not giving a tip. I was sitting for over an hour in the waiting room. I was treated with attitude when I was nice. I should have done them myself it would have came out better. I ran over to evies and they thank god saved my nails and were able to give me beautiful acrylics for my sisters wedding. I don't recommend soho nails at all don't waste your money and time. I was at the salon a total of 3hrs and it was a complete waste of time money and energy.

Spend the few extra dollars and go next door. This place neither has the skill nor time to give you what you ask and pay for. I had called for a set of gel tips and a regular pedicure and was told I was welcomed to come in. However, when I arrived it came as a huge shock to the man that was helping me. He proceeded with the job only to start rushing and put clumps of gel on my nails without evenly spreading it out (anyone who has had gel tips before knows the burning sensation that comes from the UV Gel lamp.) When he saw that a coworker finished up with another client, he then passed me over to her to finish up the process. She was clearly upset with his work and the two continued to talk about it in another language in front of me and then would grab my hand and say “beautiful right?” to alleviate the situation. To be honest, I’m not confrontational but also I couldn’t tell because they kept grabbing and throwing my hand all over the place, I didn’t have a steady moment to look at them. Anyway, the woman then went on to tell me about how another lady didn’t tip her that day and that she hasn’t seen me in a while. When the job was finally done, I remembered why I had stopped going there and left with some almond shaped nails, some coffin shaped and no pedicure. Like I said, if you’re looking to spend your hard earned money, go next door. Or if you’re on a budget, get a set from Walgreens and NYK1 nail bond glue from Amazon, it works wonders.

This place is filthy. Tools not cleaned between clients, nor is there any sign of sterilization at any time. Circulating basin not lined nor disinfected. I left before my service was complete and poured peroxide over my feet when I got home.Service: Pedicure
