I am very happy with the staff here. As I was walking around the store, every employee I passed smiled and said hi, offered to help. My only complaint I have is the limited selection of clothing.

The store door clearly labels store is for 24/7. I tried to enter this store at 9:00 pm today and the staff inside saw me coming with a baby in stroller. She immediately switched off the lights and locked the doors. Thats rude and shameful.
STOP bluffing people with a 24/7 logo on you door!!!!

Excellent management. They are very nice, helped me find everything I needed and also helped me find the right size. They gave a lot of useful advice on how to order the right size if it is not in the store. The store has a large selection of high-quality clothes with normal pricing policy

HIRE MORE PEOPLE !! Christmas rush and only one sales girl with lines to the back of the store ....now she was doing a great job and doing all she could to help everyone but I put my armload of Christmas gifts back because if old navy is going to be too cheap to hire more help for that poor girl they don't need my money ....sad because it's a beautiful store since the plaza has been renovated

Super clean and organized store and Rosalee was SO helpful and patient with a system pricing issue! I've been in a few times already since it opened and had good experiences each time.
