The branch has pleasant experiences for personal and business banking. They are extremely friendly, polite and helpful, and great help and fast, easy service. They have solved problems where possible and told whom to call if a issues could not. The manager is always polite and goes above to make sure accounts are handled properly for personal and business accounts. Everyone was that the Drive in moving quickly and that inside service is fast. The branch has low ratings but the polite attention.
I was in Newton NJ on Saturday morning depositing a big check and the gentleman was so quick and efficient and very very nice. I believe his name was Chris.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at this branch, both for my personal as well as business banking. They are extremely friendly and helpful, maybe they have changed since some of the previous reviews. Chris, the branch manager, Jill, Donna, and everyone else at the branch are always a great help.
