Never felt like anyone was upselling me, it was super easy to close out my locker when I didn’t need it anymore. I was able to rent the entire thing and move in and out without needing to see anyone in person. They followed up with me to inform me of any info they needed after booking and the overall experience was exactly what I would want from a storage facility, minimal contact, easy to setup, move in, move out, and close out my locker when I was done.
