I'm not usually one to post a review about a business, but every time I go to make an Amazon return the employees (some not all) usually complains about the Amazon returns and the fact they have to do them. I completely understand their frustration, but complaining to the customer is uncomfortable. It makes me feel like I am bothering them.

The staff are great and doing their best. But they need more staff. A 40 minute wait time to pick up a UPS package is mind-boggling.

I have been leaning on the copying and printing services in the Staples in Newton NJ. Occasionally I have purchased items to help with managing paperwork and legal documents. The store is well-organized with supplies at reasonable prices; the staff is helpful and personable. The store is neat, clean, and well-lit and the items are well marked so you don't have to hunt for a price.

There’s so many items out of stock and the store part is an actual mess. The employee I talked to didn’t seem like he was on planet earth.
