I dropped off a galaxy tablet because it had damaged screen glass. I dropped it off to have the screen fixed and protected screen glass added. I was told that it would be sent out for the repair. It’s supposed to take up to two weeks. I called today and they said it was still out and may take up to three weeks more. That they would call me once it was ready for pick up. I paid over $150.00 dollars and I should be able to call them for an update. Instead they make you feel like you’re bothering them. It’s been over a week already. I think they should have a better customer experience.

The Copy Center is ALWAYS understaffed. At most there are 3 people there. Those of us with a printing job or Amazon return must wait up to half an hour to receive any service. They REALLY should hire more people. Also, the computer in self-serve has been down for about a month now. The employees claim it's being fix, but I doubt It'll happen anytime soon. If you need a specialty business card made (e.g. It's embossed or something similar) forget about it and go ANYWHERE ELSE. They have to send these designs out of the store and it can take up to months at a time, and half the time it arrives in a terrible quality! Seriously, who okays a blurry image? The store itself is just okay, however, some employees are very unhelpful. The lady's bathroom always smells like literal shit, Idk how, but they should deep clean the thing. Overall, I wouldn't recommend going here unless you need to buy office supplies or something similar, but even then there are far better and cheaper alternatives.

Understaffed and the people who did show up are exhausted corporate needs to do better and take care of their employees. Nobody asked me to put this review here this is just my observation as a customer I don't know anyone who works here and I have never worked here.

I purchased a 5 & 1/2 x 8 & 1/2 address book & payed 28.00!!!!!!!!!. I stupidly didn’t even notice the price. I plan on returning it. Your going to go out of business if your going to charge those type of prices for an address book

I'm sorry to say that I thought I went to the right place for a computer. I was wrong. The young men were nice enough .Granted I'm no expert on Computers by any means. These folks are supposed to be the experts. I had an old laptop that was on rough shape. They said the same, that they could do nothing with it. Fine. I asked to see a comparable model, and they got me one. I asked to transfer the data and took a 2 year warrantee on the new model. They took 3 days to transfer the data. Fine .We started it up with their wi fi and it was ok except for a glitch with Facebook. I got it home and it was incompatible with my dial up router Ethernet.Ok, it's out of date. Granted I didn't explain that when I made the purchase but they looked the old one over for 3 days and saw the ports.Theyre supposed to be helping out we non computer experts. I got it home and after seeing this I called them. The men who dealt with me were busy and the young man said they'd get back to me shortly. They never did. I called my phone company and the operator from India knew exactly what was needed, and is sending a new router with wi fi built in free of charge. He also said I could buy an adapter for the Ethernet cable if I wanted to use the old one. A man from another country half a world away took better care of me than those 20 miles away!. I spent over $500. On equipment and warrantee and Am unsatisfied.I will never deal with Staples again

Cheryl in your copy and print center is really nasty I went in this morning to have something laminated and she was rude about it and then the older couple behind me had a question and she was rude to them too. Her customer service skills are horrible I hope she gets re trained

I home office and have two kids in school. We've relied on this location for a lot of things over the years always a good situation. I especially now like the Amazon return option.

After my computer was hacked, and I had to replace my account numbers, notify any direct deposit contacts as well as my credit cards, the tech guy at Staples was a calming and reassuring young man who gave me a feeling that things would be ok and I really appreciated that.

Intelligent, helpful, respectful and friendly staff. Almost unheard of in today's retail shopping. Thank you
