GIVE ME more of the peppermint Mocha! OMG. You won me over right there. Hope it stays year round!The ham, Swiss Croissant thing? YUM.YES, prices are high! However, QUALITY is really good. I now most things are chucked in a micro/speed oven, but they still taste really good. Great job by corporate on getting quick heat food that is actually good!Your neighbor Panera lost my business. The value and quality of Star bucks vs. Panera isn't even close. Very sad. I hope Star Bucks is around for the ages. Long live Starbies! Thanks for putting a smile on my face with your yummy food and drink, and ALWAYS friendly staff.You are what Newton NJ needed! :)

I refuse to go to any other Starbucks. Since I go every morning, I’ve grown to have friendships with some of the barista’s, Violet is my absolute favorite. She makes my mornings so much brighter, as well as Cali who leaves lovely notes on my drinks…I always look so forward going every morning to see them! My drink is always consistent and tastes exactly how I like it…I can’t express how much I love!!

First of all, I paid extra for cream cheese on my bagel plus (reluctantly) extra for brown sugar and blueberries for oatmeal on their app. I picked up my food and checked to see if they remembered to stick cream cheese in with my bagel (because they often forget). Of course, cream cheese was missing, so I went back inside and asked politely if they had any cream cheese left. The snarky lady told me I had to pay extra for it, then I showed her the bag with the order on it, which she then told me they had no more left. I was annoyed that I paid a little extra for cream cheese and a little annoyed that their app did not tell me it was out of stock, like it usually does. I took my order home to eat and I started eating my oatmeal when I realized the expiration date on my brown sugar was December 22, 2023, and the expiration date on the blueberries was December 22, 2023 as well. It’s the 27th today and honestly I’m sure the dates don’t make too much of a difference but I am beyond angry that they’re giving me expired food and missing things from my order at such an annoyingly expensive price. Also, my brownie I ordered (pictured straight out of the bag) had a weird mark taken out of it. It almost looks like someone took a bite out of it, which I doubt anyone did, but still kind of repulsive they would serve this to someone. Sorry Starbucks. I’m siding with Palestine (and Dunkin) for this one.

The baristas are all great at their jobs unfortunately the store manager Ekaterina Giubardo is a hostile vindictive slacker with not a professional bone in her body. She cares more about herself and making sure she looks good in front of everyone else but in reality, she adores making her baristas lives a living hell. She is the reason so many employees there transfer/quit. Most of them quit unfortunately ✨

The town finally got a Starbucks and I think this one could have been placed better but I will go with it. I haven't had an issue here yet. The drive thru had has been a little slow but what drive thru is fast. You are waiting to not have to get out of the car. I have never seen more than 1 person inside it's always been pretty quiet inside. But all in all I haven't had any issue here

I'm a frequent Starbucks person. So I've seen when a store is run well. This one is terrible. Last week they gave me a different drink than I ordered from the drive thru and I thought "no big deal these things might happen."Today, I placed a mobile order and went inside the store to get it. I was really genuinely surprised at what I witnessed. There were five or six people working and literally ONE doing anything. It looked like one guy was maybe working very slowly on drive thru orders but there was this other woman who was franticly "making drinks" for the five people waiting on their mobile order. Literally at least three people standing behind the bar doing nothing. This girl who was working was getting sugar and syrup all over her face so kept on touching her face and continuing to work. She was asking people waiting what they wanted instead of just looking at the labels on the half dozen cups next to her. When she finally got around to mine, she gives me a cup for a hot drink with just milk and chia in it cold. Not what I ordered and not even a drink.I was so surprised. Unfortunately I didn't have time to correct it because I was in a hurry, like most people who place mobile orders. Most disappointing $6.13 I've ever spent.

Saw the manager "Kat" yelling at an employee today. That's the SECOND time Ive seen her yell at an employee in front of everyone. The store is always closed due to "staffing issues".... No Wonder... When the manager yells at workers so much and sounds so rude... Made me Very uncomfortable....
