About a month ago we were in need of a new vehicle. We stopped at Toyota World of Newton to shop for and price vehicles. We met John Mayo who answered all of our questions. We narrowed it down to a couple of vehicles to test drive. He made us very comfortable with no pressure to purchase. We decided on a Rav4 and got a very good deal on pricing. John provided education on all the information and settings on the dashboard screen and the functioning of the car. John completed all the paperwork and corrected some filing issues from our end. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I got a good deal on a Toyota Corolla. The staff was friendly. The sales people walk me through everything. Great price great service I would definitely recommend going to Toyota World of Newton. I also would like to thank John Bezama in the sales department.

Service staff is friendlly and polite. I get all the regular maintenance done. But at least every other or every 3rd maintenance service visit they seem to come up with something that costs $1500-$2000 that must be replaced. Not sure why they are not catching these things at an earlier service before it becomes a high priced problem. This does not happen at the dealerships with my other cars. Only at Toyota.

Terrible service misleading , Although I had cupon for $69 oil change made appointment price shows $69 on line put my vehicle description toyota highlander I bought it back in 2017 from Toyota world newton they have it on record.
When arrived for service they printed paperwork scratch the $69 and put $119 when asked why told me it's diffrent car plus we don't take this cupon.
Waste of time had to cancel this terrible service with bad management make company loose lots customers and revenue.
Think about I was planning to check for full tuneup break transmission oil ect if neeefed by having change oil might recommend services and make a lot more than $119 that's why some smart dealership offer low or even free oil change to sell more services make money $$$$ but in the end bad management might save on payroll but costly on revenue can be made.
I will never visit this terrible place again not recommended.
