Country Automotive left a truck with broken windshield wipers for me, it delayed me 3 hours to get them changed. The last Frontier had to assist. They were great.

Don’t rent from this place, literally non existent customer service. Couldn’t pick up the truck. I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle “in person” in the Am. On arrival the business was closed and no one answered the phone listed for the business. After calling U-haul and speaking to two different customer service representatives about the issue, I was advised my contract had been (unknowingly) converted to “self service” pick up where the key is left in a lock box. Unfortunately the U-haul App. couldn’t find my location (I checked twice to make sure the location was set to on) therefore I couldn’t complete the transaction. Fortunately another truck was located in the next town over, however the issue put me behind schedule 1.5 hours. Use another vendor.

Rented a van for 10:00am on a Saturday. There is no one here. I try calling and I can hear the phone ringing. There’s not a single soul here. Couldn’t pick up my rental.

Do not use this shop for repairs. Had an alignment done, and it didn't even last a year. Over charges for a service that doesn't last.

Outstanding. The corporate u-haul in middletown NY botched a hitch installation.John automotive in Newton renewed my faith in the small business. He installed the hitch and did not kill me on the price.Will be back there for all my truck rentals and auto repair needs.

Closed for labor day weekend. Online services are not customer friendly. Waiting over an hour to check in and pick up my rental. Charlie Foxtrot even charged a $20 after hours fee on the return even with the clusterphuck online service that wouldn't work. POS operation. Pay someone else, uhaul doesn't deserve the money.

this is linked to the U-haul in Robbinsville NJ 4.25.19 rented from Robbinsville site dropped off in Newton NJ. Having billing issues most resides with Robbinsville site. Dropped off at Newton site on Sunday 4.26.19. The place was clearly closed. A 'closed sign' was posted on the door there was a light on - tried knocking on the door no response. Left key and contract in drop box. Got billed for an extra day. The date on the bill says 4.27.19 that would be Monday. Spoke with John he asked me if I had the contract said the contract was with him. It was still in the drop box. They claim they were there {Sunday} until after 7 pm, find this hard to believe because we were there and they were not - it was Sunday and they closed at 2 pm. Lots of fabricating going on both sides to cover their a**. BEWARE and if you do use U-haul read your bill CAREFULLY.
this is a follow up to what happened...
The district manager {area manager} issued me a full refund for what occurred, I am thankful he was kind enough to do so. The company took full responsibility for the incident and for this I say thank you.

I came here to rent a 10 foot truck. The gentlemen at the front desk was thorough, polite and professional. He was patient and answered all of my questions with additional tips for the road. He highlighted the major points of the contract. Their trucks were clean and new. He set my mind at ease - pleasure to do business with.
