Don't buy gift cards here . . . bought a 50 dollar card this morning- but it had already been used somehow . . . Apple and Walgreens refuse to reimburse, ugh!

This pharmacy department is so horribly managed I've repeatedly gone through multiple avenues to set up "auto refill" that will allow my whopping amount of TWO prescriptions to be filled at the same time. But they've messed it up over and over again, whether it be them not lining up, or them filling a two months prescription of a basic medication with only two weeks worth of pills. It's been more than 5 times that I've verified my prescriptions are "ready for pickup" online or over the phone, only to show up to neither being ready. Don't get me started with how sluggishly show they are behind the counter.

I'll start by saying that I prefer Walgreens over other pharmacies and that this store as a whole is a 5 star for me. The pharmacist in charge is extremely helpful and friendly, the problem lies in the rest of the pharmacy staff. They are rude, and at times at least in my opinion, not very knowledgeable. Every time I arrived to pick up a called in refill, or when I walked in with a written prescription, I had to wait a considerable amount of time. They don't understand insurance, how they pay, what they cover, etc. Having to explain to the point I did is just not necessary. It got to the point where I was calling my insurance company myself asking them to please call the pharmacy ahead of time. My insurance company and coverages are great, customer service always very helpful. They would call Walgreens while I was on hold and tell them what was necessary so that I could pick up quicker. Even then they would actually argue with me before filling the script. Numerous times I would have to call my insurance carrier from the counter, ridiculous.

I'm from out of town but this stores' pharmacy was extra helpful and courteous. I needed a renewal and was out of there in 5 minutes. the pharmacist came out and helped me shop!!! Amazing cus service. very impressed!!

Routine appointment for a flu shot on a Sunday afternoon. Arrived 10 minutes early and waited 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.

I was racially profiled in this store during the morning shift. I experienced an unpleasant shopping trip and no customer should have to go thru that! I was asked 7 times in total "do I need help finding anything" and was being watched and stalked by the two bitter women who work there in the morning. Word of advice from a former general manager and department manager in retail: Customer Service skills go a long way! Smile, be kind + courteous, offer any specials or sales, ask ONCE if they need help and then keep it moving! Do Not hound the customer! Customers like to shop in peace...not to feel like they are being "micromanaged"!!!! Smh this store needs to polish up on their Customer Service, Deliverance, and Performance!!!!

This Walgreen has FedEx listed as “On Site” not a “Drop Off” on Google. What a waste of time to drive there and finding out that it is only a drop off. The employee said that they have many people drive there only to find out they cannot mail anything unless it is prepacked and labeled. Looks like employees do nothing to change it. Very poor management, they don’t care.

The young pharmacist thinks he is Inspector Gadget, personally investigating every prescription my doctor sends through. Needing to know why I choose this pharmacy when there are closer ones to my home… gee idk maybe because this one is on my way home from work…. Calling to “get verification” and “clarification” on a prescription that my doctor personally sent digitally. I understand there is an opioid epidemic but my doctor wouldn’t have prescribed it if it wasn’t legitimate. Stop trying to change the world and just do your job. Front desk staff also very rude here.

literally have just waited almost a half hour for a covid test. why do I bother imputing my information on your website to have you ask for most of it again. why did i schedule a time? why did i bother going to this place? good luck getting your testing done here. sorry if you like this place.

I have been using Walreens since it opened so it only made sense that I would go there for my covid shots. They were using Pfizer at the time. When it was time for my second shot they notified me. The day after getting my second shot, I had a stroke. Luckily even after the one side of my face was pulled down and I blacked out I had no lasting physical effects. When it was time for my booster I mentioned to Peter Morgan, the head pharmacist, what had occurred, he refused to give me the booster and stated that my second shot could have caused a stoke or Bells Palsey. After telling me this I went to a specialist who said, that pharmacist could have saved you life. And now with new data coming out it does seem this was the case. So thank you Peter. And I hope all Walgreens have such wonderful, knowledgeable staffs.
