This place never prioritizes customers over any other task. Theyll make you stand there and wait as 5 people struggle to help one person, or as they file paperwork they can do later, or as they help someone cleaning figure out where cleaning products are. All of that is more important than helping the customer. Ive never once walked in here while being the only customer and just been helped, its always a wait. Hate this place.

Stood here for five minutes watching Joanne move slow as she possibly can to count money and change instead of using machines. She couldn’t care less about customer service. Not coming back.

I had some issues with my card and customer service and was definitely going to change my account.I come from being a manager of a furniture store.The level of service that Carissa and Nick gave me went above and beyond.They helped me for over a 3 hr period on a $ 130 transfer that I needed.Being in a situation where 130 made a life's difference.They treated me as I had 5 million dollars in the bank.I am re

I hate making appointments when a year ago, all you had to do is walk in and talk to a banker. The staff is constantly changing. How come?

Kinda disappointed in this branch I’m a newer customer and called up today with a question one that they could of answered the girl I spoke to put me on hold and then some guy picked up and said he’s passing me off to their customer service line. All I had was a deposit question. Disappointed in whoever that guy was.

i just switched here from l*kel*nd b*nk this morning. samantha was wicked helpful in setting my accounts up and took the time to explain everything i was signing myself up for. didnt feel pressured at all to sign for anything i didn't want to. also you can pick your card designs which is sick. everyone else was super nice too !!

Always under stafed and waiting in long line with only 2 people working ever. Do your self a favor go to the atm if you can otherwise you will be there forever. Good bank otherwise. There really need to up there staff.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I recently moved out to a more rural area, which means my drive to the bank now takes me about 30 minutes each way. I have never worked with this branch before and I was nervous after switching from my normal branch but I was hoping this branch would provide a good experience as well, boy was I wrong! I have a family company that I deposit checks routinely throughout the year. When I first got to the counter it took someone about 15 minutes to even help me ( I was the only customer in the bank). Once someone finally helped me, and I handed my check over the teller she asked me "If my check was casino winnings" and started laughing! This was very strange and unprofessional but I let it go. The second encounter is when they questioned my family company name because they had never heard of it! I said "Excuse me, as you can see I have been depositing the same large amount checks for quite some time now what is the problem" After about 20 more minutes I questioned what was taking a routine check deposit so long, the teller let me know that they needed to call the company for themselves to verify. At this point my blood began to boil, I called the director of the company (my uncle) they refused to talk to him because they need to call him for themselves. I said I will give you his number! They refused and said they needed to figure out how to get in touch with him through their channels only. Mind you my husband and my 1 year old son are waiting in the car, and about 45 minutes has passed. At this point I asked for my check back and said forget it, now that I wasted 2 hours of my time, 1 hour in commuting time and the time spent in the bank. I called corporate and complained and submitted a report based on my horrible experience. They apologized and told me I can use a local Wells Fargo ATM to deposit the check ( I am home already) The closest ATM to me is 27 minutes from my home ( another hour in the car). I deposited the check in the ATM with no problem and the funds are in my account this morning. I will be using the ATM from now on, I refuse to ever go to this branch and you should to. I saw the two star reviews on google and based on the other reviews there have been similar situations that have occurred. I do not normally write reviews but I had to warn other patrons beware of this branch!!!!!!

I don’t come too often but today there were only 2 staff members working up at the desks and they were super fast. Jessie is very friendly and just being there for 5 minutes I could already tell she does a great job. Very pleased.

I come to this bank to cash checks once a week. The tellers are fantastic. Always super friendly and welcoming. However today for the 2nd time I came in to open account. I tried to do it online but got an email saying that they needed to verify my ID so go to the branch with that email and open it there. First time there a few months ago I was told by the banker that she was too busy! This time I was told no way that she needs to leave in 8 minutes. No offer of someone else to help me! She just said make an appointment and come back next week! I told her that I would probably just go to another branch. Not a good look for this place at all!! What a shame!

worst ever..came in for notary service..and was forced to wait 30 minutes for 2 staff members to tend to a single spanish clown who didnt bother to learn english..way to go you lost a customer over it..
