Had surgery at 1 pm. My surgeon called my prescription in around 3. Got there at 7:30 after leaving the hospital and no one thought it'd be a good idea to let the hospital or my dr know they didn't have my pain meds in stock. Ever try to get a Dr you've never met transfer a narcotics prescription because it's now Friday night and there's no regular office hours again until Monday? Thank you so much for the hell I've been through the past few days because contacting someone through call or text is too hard

It is a clean and well-organized place where it is easy to find what you need. The staff are helpful and the parking lot is spacious. The location is also convenient as it is in the center of the city. The best thing about this place is that it is a 24-hour pharmacy, which is very convenient

I recently went there couple times. I was very happy from Salman's customer service. He was able to get us huge discount with the CVS card. Salman was always smiling while attending other customers as well. Great job, Salman!

WHY LIE CVS?So they didn't have my prescription in stock for the 2nd time.This time they lied on my doctor and said he canceled the order.My doctor called on a Saturday to say he wasn't contacted about an alternative and he didn't canceled the prescription.WHY LIE CVS?

The staff is lovely. However this is ridiculous. I called about my prescription and it said it'll be ready by 12:02 I get there at 12:15, and I'm told it'll be another several hours. Ah yes, make an epileptic prone person not have a pill for this evening. This is ridiculous. ?

came in on a Friday - Pharmacy had to order a prescription for Monday - called all day and the status was "being filled" - came in on Wednesday and the prescription was sold to someone else. The options they gave me was order it again and wait days or drive 30 minutes to another pharmacy to pick it up. This prescription needs to be taken the same time every week.

Only used the pharmacy here. Whilst not the best, it's definitely nowhere NEAR the worst. Like all businesses, there are good days and bad days. Everyone has off-kilter days, we're all human after all. But the pharmacy staff is usually always very helpful and even when it's busy they are trying to keep the line moving as best they can.

Thanks to Varthika and Syev. They are Wonderful staff full of patience and passion who helped me with passport photos. My passport photos were rejected because of hair. Both of them gave me immediate advice and made sure that the photos would pass all the requirements for the embassy. They showed professionalism and provided satisfaction to customers.

Picked up prescription for my son, charged $80 for a generic prescription. Because the pharmacist was lazy not to take a manual override due to supply issue. I literally paid for the manufacture and transport and handling of the product and paid an hourly fee to the pharmacist and got yelled at by the pharmacist as I am not being a good parent for not willing to pay for my child’s medication.PS: we had already paid for the prescription and later understood we overpaid and when asked bout it, got yelled at by the pharmacist.

It’s a horrible experience here. My appointment for booster vaccine was at 1 pm and they made me wait more than an hr and I actually got out of pharmacy at 2:30 or so. I don’t understand people working in there work on their convenience and has not discipline or responsibility over their patients. DONT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL. If you are willing to wait and take your time then it’s good for you to visit but appointment here doesn’t apply because I think they work by their time schedule.I gave two stars because staff at the front helped me to find things I need with friendly care.

The most pathetic experience in picking up my prescription drug.I asked the Indian lady at the pharmacy if she could expedite my prescription and she tells me “if you wanted it urgently, why did you come after 2 days to pick up your prescription”I finally ended up going to another CVS and even for that the pharmacist was showing her tantrums and making faces.Would never go and other people’s ratings reflects the people working for the store.Hope the manager looks at it and teach soft skills.

I purchased a eyeshadow palette. When I got it home I decided it wasn't the correct colors for me. I returned it the following day to be told they don't do returns per the manager. Every CVS makes there own policies. I explained to him that's not on there website about returning without a receipt..he stood there with a attitude and smiled....my question is how is that possible every manager has their own policies.....

If your pharmacy cannot administer flu shots to children under 10, parents should not be able to make an appointment online (which requires we provide the child’s birth date). Only after I checked in I was informed of this, way to go CVS.
