“I had some pretty gnarly fender damage thanks to another motorist running a red light. Frankie, Stacy, Vinny and the rest of the team were straight-up artists, re-storing the fender and even matching the unusual color of my Ford Escape such that you'd never know anything happened. And were completely down-to-earth people, with down-to-earth prices, in doing so. Cannot recommend this shop enough. Hopefully you never need a body shop. But if you do, go here and don't look back.”
“Good Morning!!! This month I was able to get my car worked on and fixed by Anthony. His customer service skills were on point from the moment I arrived. He was helpful, patient, and answered any and all of questions. This was my first time taking my car for repairs here and I was not disappointed. It was adorable and my car looks like new again. The paint and parts are spot on. The biggest thing I enjoyed about this whole experience was the turn around time. The work I needed done on my car was completed in 2 days. “I don’t usually post reviews, but the service that I had received from Chris and Gary at Chris Lordi’s Auto Body was exceptional and deserves to be recognized. I had been hit on the front driver’s side fender/bumper area of my Lexus RX350, and the accident was declared to be a no fault accident, meaning that my insurance company would be covering my claim. From the minute I dropped my car off to be repaired, I felt reassured that my car was going to be taken care of. The insurance company was trying to cover the absolute minimum ($1,900), but Chris handled everything for me. My car needed $8,000 of work, and he made sure to get me the full coverage; he took care of talking to New Jersey Manufacturers insurance. Gary handled all of the actual work that was done to the car and when I got my car back, it looked brand new. No one could tell there had been any damage. Additionally, they cleaned and detailed the inside of my car so that it really looked extra good- you would have thought that I just bought it off the sale lot. I’m so impressed with their service. Everything was done in a timely fashion. They would call and check in with me to let me know what was going on. I never had to worry about anything. I am so grateful for all of their help. Hopefully I won’t need to go back to them again, however, if I need any work done on my car in the future, I will definitely be going to Chris Lordi’s Autobody- truly the best service out there!”

I needed to find a great body shop to fix it and I was led to Exclusive.
I can’t say enough amazing things about them and the staff. Maureen was a breath of fresh air and extremely kind in helping getting the process started. Flavio, the manager, and his team provided phenomenal service and my car looks gorgeous again.

Kenny was very knowledgeable, gave a fair estimate and helped pop the bumper and car sensor back in and wipes the scratches on the spot so it looks better until we will fully fix it! All free of charge! He was fun to chat with as well as making her feel a little better! We truly appreciate him !
