The service here was terrible. The workers, as well as the manager, didn't know what they were doing. The way that they presented themselves was beyond believe. I'm surprised they got hired. The Kearny Branch has excellent service. I went close to closing time, and they exceeded what was necessary.

No one seems to care about customer at this branch. Kearny branch has much better experience. I went to this branch today and she asked to fill the bottom of mortgage statement which is used when i mail by check. Never before with any other branch or other bank i have been asked to fill some form to make the mortgage payment. Staff is just very unfriendly in this location. They work exaclty like NJ DMV.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Worst service in the world. Worst branch I’ve ever seen. Laziest tellers in the world want to do anything but their job. Please close this branch or rehire the entire dam staff.

This bank used to have great, knowledgable, professional, and customer service oriented employees, bankers, tellers... everyone was great. Unfortunately this is no longer the case... They couldn't even open up a simple bank account without taking almost 2 hours and still doing it incorrectly. Avoid this branch if you can.

Been sitting in line for 40 minutes at the drive thru. I have a business to run i cant be wasting so much time here. They only have 2 out of 3 lanes open and no sense of urgency... line is all the way around the building.

After decades of being a chase customer I have experience the worst costumer service today. I needed to change coins to cash and when I got there the place was empty with only two tellers at the front desk. Apparently, one of them was new to this branch which was the one that was assisting me. She seemed to be nervous and did not greet me with professionalism. She then proceeded to count the money which according to her calculations I was 2$ short. This process seem to have taken her more than expected and the line was building up. Customers were complaining and even someone who was trying to use the drive thru came in because she has been waiting for 10 minutes without any assistance. The person in charge at the bank by the name of Lisa tried to apologize but was not too professional either. She then looks around and looks at the associate who was dealing with me to tell me that next time I MUST call before going to get coins in cash. I was in odd to hear her say that. How about your branch considers to having more help especially on a Friday after work. Lisa shame on you for absolutely not being able to deal with your customers in a professional way.

Folks who write reviews for banks only do it when there is lousy service well this branch is well kept, with pleasant attending staff. Good advice on accounts and options for storing funds in tricky situations. They helped me big time.
