No STAR Because THE PHARMACY TECHNICIAN AND THE THREE LADIES they lost the prescription and it’s not the first time they have been doing that. My mom got a operation and needed to drink the medicine so her pain could go away.SHE DROP THE MEDICINE OF LIKE SHE ALWAYS DOES AND AFTER 3 hour she went to pick it up they lost the prescription and they were laughing all three of them I’m pretty sure this is not the first time they loose the prescription to other costumers. I want them fired also if nothing is done I’m going to the certificate department of health. Them 4 people was laughing about this situations including pharmacist doctor

I go to pick up meds I needed to see before my dentist !! Pharmacy closed for lunch !! Really ??? Then needed to cancel my appointment. This is garbage !! One person can't work while another is on lunch. Total BS

Incredibly rude worker didn’t understand the concept of me being sold an open box of a SKINCARE product, which is incredibly unhygienic and also dangerous to my health. Someone put their dirty little fingers in the box and left half a product. That is unsanitary this is something that goes on my FACE and I refuse to risk skin complications or getting sick because someone put their dirty fingers in a box and stole half the product and you guys refused to exchange it for a new one. I will contact Starface about their careless retailers because this is unacceptable.

All I did was approach a lady in a red shirt (she had a tag on, but I couldn’t see a name or CVS logo or anything) and asked if she worked here. I got a shoulder shrug and an eye roll like “duh.” Lol sorry to ask. Counter did not have anyone helping and the one person I politely approached and asked for help was super rude.

I use to pick up my prescription from here until one day when I went to pick mine up and they said I picked it up already. I told them I didn't and they said maybe someone in my house picked it up. That did not happen and they never replaced my medicine. Not Cool CVS

I came here to get my COVID-19 Booster. I made an appointment. A long time passed after my appointment time and there was nobody available and ready to administer the vaccine. Once someone became available, I was directed to a different waiting area than originally told and there were a line of walk-ins sitting there: I had to leave because I didn’t have enough time to keep waiting. I would stay away from this CVS if you are looking to receive the vaccine/booster. Terribly unorganized.

So I always go this CVS. All of a sudden this new white woman wants to be annoying. I guess new employees, new rules. White people always wanna harass minorities I guess. If there are gonna be new rules you should put them on a sign as most stores do.

When I go there I will usually go to pick up something quickly. That visit is usually seamless and good. I do not recommend the pharmacy at that location. The staff did not seem willing to help when we went one time to fill my husband’s prescription. They did not even offer to look at the neighboring CVSs. We tried a few months later to fill the same prescription and had the same experience. We stopped going there for any prescriptions. We will either go to the CVS on Bergen Ave or the Walgreens on Kearny Avenue. Definitely a better experience then here.

Worst CVS ever went to try to take COVID test and could not take the test because Of technical difficulties and system being down mean while person in front of me takes Their test . Poor poor service ??

As far as the store, it's very clean, well stocked and the staff is very polite. The pharmacy, however....not pleased. They really show no compassion for what it is they do.. They are in their position because people are sick and need medications.. Some, not all of the staff, in the pharmacy are not very helpful and have been downright rude. They never seem to have enough stock of the medications and make no effort to find a solution, let alone an apology or explanation. I've also had to count medications and have come up short and was treated with suspicion over thyroid meds. I just do not feel that they value or respect their customers. This was an issue with one particular pharmacist at the Schuyler Ave store who was so rude and disrespectful to my husband. I used to enjoy shopping around while waiting for my prescriptions to be filled, my last experience left such a bad feeling that I will be pulling my whole family's prescriptions and going with a local family owned store in town.
