Wish there was a option for Zero Stars , if anyone has used this CVS Pharmacy location you already know how unorganized this place is when it comes to filling any one of prescription. 1) There's a million different numbers to click 2) once you get to the actual pharmacy you wait another 10mins 3) once you speak to an actual person they don't know so they transfer you to the Pharmacist.. I been waiting 2 days for a script to be transferred from my MAIN pharmacy because Mom/Pop shops are limited with supply because Big Box are taking over. Anyway STAY AWAY or they need to clean house in this Location

The pharmacist (Yoomi) and teller (Engy) were condescending and rude. The sad part is that I had no choice but to stand there accepting their passive-aggressive behavior, as my son was in the car waiting after his operation. I needed the medicine, and they knew this.I stood in a long line to pick up the prescription my son's doctor sent electronically. Medicine is needed post-op. After finally getting to the counter, the teller told me they were out of the medication, and it was due on April 24. I said, what do you mean? My son needs this medicine now; no one called or texted with this information. Had this information been provided, I could have had the doctor sent to a different pharmacy. I asked the lady, can you check other CVSs, to see who has it, as I need this medicine today? She replied, "Yeah, no, you gotta go to the other line. I go to the other line; I wait 3-5 minutes until Engy, who sees me, is done talking to her counterpart. I told her what happened; she said, "I can't help, we don't call other pharmacies." I said you don't understand; the doctor is no longer at the operating clinic; my son needs this med. Can you give me the prescription so I can drive and find out which other pharmacy can fill it? She replies, "Well, no, it was faxed, so I can't give it to you, but I can write the name." To make a long story short, she can't call or give me the prescription, so my son will have to deal with massive pain tonight because they didn't call me to let me know they were out of the medicine. I called my husband, who said he never got a call or text with this information. Because Engy was beyond rude and not helpful, I asked to speak to a manager; she kept talking louder and telling me, "but, I'm trying to help you." I said, exactly how are you helping me? I asked if you could please call other CVSs to find out who has the medicine, and you said you don't do that! Then I asked for the prescription to be printed and given to me so I could start calling other pharmacies and see who could fill it, to which you said you couldn't do that either. How exactly does that help me? The pharmacist comes over, by the name of Yoomi Do, while I'm trying to tell her what I need; Engy will not stop talking about what she perceives as "helpful." I told the pharmacist what I needed. "Please, I need you to call other CVSs to figure out who can fill the prescription; Engy said she doesn't do this, well I need you to please do this, as the prescription order is in your system, and the only way to fill it is by you finding out which other CVS nearby may have it, and letting them know you can't fill it. The pharmacist turns and gives me her back with no information while Engy keeps talking, and the pharmacist and she are smirking at my expense.A reasonable time passes, and I now speak a bit louder and ask, excuse me, what are you doing? Are you calling other CVSs, I don't see anyone on the phone. Yoomi looks at me as if I'm no one, almost disgusted, and says, "Yes, she's calling," while pointing at Engy." Now, I'm beyond frustrated because Engy is not on the phone or the computer; she's talking and laughing with her male counterpart, speaking loudly about me. The pharmacist, Yoomi, gets on her computer and tells me, I have four pills and can fill it for you, but you will lose one, as I will not be able to fill anymore after this fill. I said, perfect, for now, that will do. I need my son to get through the night and the next few days, so I will take the four gladly. So, how did we go from not having the prescription to not being able to call other CVSs, to not being able to print the prescription, to suddenly having 4 out of the five pills to be filled?I take a breath and sit while waiting. I can hear Engy still talking loud about me, and Yoomi also giving smirks and looks. Yoomi tells me it will be 20 minutes; I say okay; although the pills are ready, they are not making or mixing an

It's a shame you can't put 0 stars. This CVS is the worst drug-store experience I've ever encountered. The staff is surly and passive aggressive. You can stand on a line for 1/2 hour with no one at the window and no one will even look up and acknowledge you. They have no idea how to work with insurance companies, and have no communication with the customers. When you go to pick up your prescription, they will simply not bother to put it through your insurance, charge you full price, and never tell you that they didn't bother to use your insurance. If you absolutely MUST use this disgraceful excuse for a pharmacy, plan to spend the day. Understaffed, poorly staffed, incompetent and lazy. I don't have enough negative words to describe them.

My daughter was not feeling well on the weekend and the local walk-in clinic I usually go to had 100 people ahead of her on the virtual line at 9:00 in the morning (she's away at college so needed to be picked up). So, I thought we would try the closest CVS Minute Clinic. I made an appointment for the afternoon. We arrived a few minutes early at the CVS, signed in at the kiosk and waited. A woman dressed in a lab coat called her name and asked me if I had an appointment (not too friendly). I explained that I was not the patient. I shopped around the store while my daughter was being examined. I heard some commotion coming from the direction of the Clinic and thought that my daughter's exam was complete. It was not. Apparently, a disgruntled customer interrupted the exam (there's a sign above the door that stated someone is in the exam room). The person was very angry about a bill and was cursing. I noticed two employees of CVS nearby who did not make any attempt to diffuse the situation. After a few minutes the customer left. Shortly after, another customer sat right outside of the exam room complaining very loudly that she had to wait. I should have waited on the virutal line for a real doctor. This was not good from start to finish.

I had an appointment to get COVID testing for my job at 930 am. I show up at 9 am and I come to find out that the people that were supposed to be there to test for COVID was not there at the booth outside of the CVS. I went inside to explain to the CVS manager that there was nobody there. They weren't aware that nobody was testing apparently the people that was supposed to show up to work did a no call no show. I ended up leaving without getting my COVID testing. This is very unprofessional of CVS employees I would not recommend anyone come for testing here you will be waisting your time.

No one ever picks up the phone, ever. God forbid you have a question or are trying to check if your medication is in. Also picked up a prescription 2 weeks ago and the girl was extremely rude and looked really annoyed that I had any questions at all. It made the whole transaction awkward.

I don't know how to feel about this CVS. I don't dislike it nor do I like it either, I guess I can say I just tolerate it. Everytime I need to go here it's like I'm walking into the twilight zone. Employees can't be found if you are in need of some help and the pharmacy section is a nightmare. The pharmacist act annoyed or make you wait if you have a question. Then when you ask the question either they are clueless or need to look it up to give you a valid answer. The only postive thing I can think of is that the merchandise is organized but always out of stock. I would say to shop here if you need to just pick up last minute essentials but other than that shop and send your prescriptions elsewhere.

Good for pharmacy and items on sale. Sale items aré competitive with supermarkets. If no coupon on CVS app or sale don't buy. Obviously great as a pharmacy or for over the counter medicines. Clean and well organized location with friendly and caring staff. Large parking lot and convenient location on Ridge Road.

This pharmacy sucks which I always knew. I've been telling myself for the 2 years I have lived in this area that I need to find another pharmacy. The pharmacy employees are slow, unfriendly, and seem to be generally depressed about life. In addition they have made an error on one of my prescriptions on two separate occasions. Today, which is labor day, I called around 4:55pm to see what their pharmacy hours for labor day were. Their message said that they would be open until 6pm for labor day hours. Five minutes later, at approximately 5pm I arrive at CVS to find that the pharmacy is completely locked up. I asked the manager on duty why that is, and suggested that next time they change their message. He told me that the pharmacy was supposed to close at 6pm, but they closed a while ago, and he didn't know why. The manager I spoke to was nice, and I feel bad because I was a bit short with him, but to me if a department is closing early, the manager of the store should at least be able to explain to an upset customer, why they were left hanging. I understand that labor day may have different hours, which is why I called in advance, yet still that wasn't enough to save me from the incompetence that is CVS pharmacy. Thanks for wasting my time with your b.s. once again CVS.

The male pharmacist and pharmacy technician (the guy with tattoos) messed up my prescription order on more than one occasion. The pharmacist tends to be verbally abrasive with technicians.

The worst ran CVS out of my 35 year history of going to CVS's. You can not pick up your prescription in under 30 minutes, not to fill and wait.. just to pick up. The line is always insanely long. It's not just me who thinks this, while standing next to people conversation/complaints are always being stated. Although the pharmacy, staff, manage are amazing, nice, helpful, attentive people.. that's the only reason i even go there plus the location.. I blame corporate CVS. Hire more people!!!!! And please stop killing trees with your mile long receipts. I'm writing this review so hopefully cvs can pay attention and staff this location properly!

I can't believe I haven't written a review of my FAVE CVS! What makes this store awesome is truly their Associates! I've been to numerous locations in my life, but here you become family. They want to know you and want to help you find whatever you are looking for or make your shopping experience simply a pleasant ordeal. Inventory varies, but 90% of the time they have what I need in stock. They are super patient during checkout if you have coupons and extrabucks to pay with from their loyalty program. I truly love shopping here and love when they decorate for the holidays! This store is a model example of what every drug store should do to be successful! Minute Clinic is great too! Very thorough and convenient!
