Lack of management and customer experience from the Pharmacy department. I received a notification to pick up my prescription however when I arrive I find the gate closed with no signage and a male pharmacist taking off his coat and looked at me with no acknowledgement. There was an older couple that saw me at the counter and they informed me, oh he closes for lunch and will be back at 2pm. I now have to come back in 30 minutes to pickup my prescription after already feeling extremely ill to make another stop before heading home. This is completely poor customer experience to have 1 person manage the pharmacy and close the department with no additional help to manage lunch schedules. Overall horrible experience.

Not one of the better CVS stores. I prefer the West Orange location. They have a shortage of sales people, and those who are there don't seem to know where things are. There is always a line at the register. Once you actually find the sales people they are relatively friendly, but they should be more accessible. Also, when you ask where something is, the answer, "Maybe in aisle X" is ridiculous. Shouldn't they know?

EVERY MONTH I turn OFF auto fill for Rx, but every month for multiple years, I have to call this or another CVS to tell them to put my Rx back on the shelf, because I need to fill it at a different store. And I takes forever because it takes forever to get through the automated system to talk to a pharmacist.
“Put my Rx back!” Is not an option on line, or on the automated system. You have to get to a real person first.
Don’t forget! You STILL have to call or submit the Rx again to the location you do want it filled!
Biggest waste of time, a massive cause of frustration!!!!
Get your Rx filled at a pharmacy that you don’t have to MANUALLY TURN OFF AUTO REFILLS EVERY MONTH!!!

The attitude and condescending behavior from the employees at the pharmacy is beyond my comprehension. They offer no assistance, laugh at you while they talk and hang up when they can not find an answer. I speak with my Drs. & insurance company who are a loss on how to get me my prescriptions. Everything has been approved twice over and I am continually told at CVS that its not approved. Please be warned if you have a perscription that is an emergency DO NOT utilize this store.

Horrible pharmacist, rude and yelled at the customer when (she)the pharmacist literally read the prescription wrong. No apology just straight up rude and ignorant. Worst pharmacy in the area. Will not be going there ever again. The pharmacist should lose her job.

Answer the phone at pharmacy instead of putting customers on hold for twenty five minutes, no wonder your pharmacies are closing!

I wouldn't recommend North Arlington pharmacy because they are rude and unprofessional. Once trying to get a vaccine, they were too busy.

Went in tonight for 5 items only item they had. That make up item was $22. I did not purchase as you can get the same item in Walmart for more than half the price. This CVS needs a new manager to stock their shelves.

I wish I could give zero honestly, the workers in the pharmacy are very rude especially the manager. I wish I would’ve caught her name but she’s extremely unhelpful and dismissive. when it was my turn to be helped the lady walked off for 10 minutes and did not say a thing didn’t even acknowledge me in fact. Overall I would not come here again and I will be switching over to a different location as should you. There was one helpful young Spanish man I didn’t catch his name either but he was the only good worker there
