Some customers find navigating the app challenging. Additionally, high demand can sometimes cause delays. CVS Health also conducts coronavirus (COVID-19) testing. Tests are available to eligible individuals in select states. Where offered, anyone age 10 or older can get tested, including lab and rapid testing options. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Eliza was amazing. Made my pick up easy and quick. I even shopped unexpectedly. The store was soo clean neat and organized than most CVSs I visit. Customer service is 100% here.
