Upon entering Mattress Firm, Robert walked from the back of the store to introduce himself to us. Before we even began to look at the mattresses, he wanted to know exactly what my sister was looking for. Based on the conversation he was able to show her several options that were of her likeness and within her budget. However, it was more than a sales transaction! Robert took the time to get to know us and offered his expertise based on her needs, he was patient, knowledgeable and even offered some additional insight! Mr. Robert Davis was my sleep expert and he took the time with me to show me everything and make sure I was buying what I truly wanted. He was zero pressure and super helpful. All around great guy. “We bought our Charles Rogers mattress and boxsprings about eight years ago and it has been the best by far that my wife and I have ever slept on. We frequently stay in hotels, such as ******, ********, **********, and other well-known nice hotel chains. Although we have had great experiences at those hotels, our favorite mattress by far is our Charles Rogers mattress at home. We cannot recommend this mattress company highly enough and it is surprising to see some of the bad reviews on Better Business Bureau website. We plan to keep this mattress for the rest of our lives, but if we ever do buy another mattress, it will be a Charles Rogers mattress. Just top notch experience from the ordering to the delivery to the sleeping on it every night.”
