“Andy is my go-to sales person, I only buy my appliances from him specifically. I’ve been going to him for years now. He’s very professional and attentive. He always takes his time to explain and show me different options and helps me choose the best fit for me. He has even come in on his day off to help me in the store. My loyalty to this company is because of Andy’s great customer service. I will always recommend my friends and family to Andy in Jersey City.”

I felt very comfortable making my purchase and knowing exactly what to expect with delivery. I purchased because I loved the product not becuase I was pushed and that was such a refreshing experience.”
“A successful visit! We have a new bed and are happy with the price. I'm not sure if all bedding places feel like dealerships but this one had the vibe. Especially during negotiation. Our salesman was very pleasant and for a Saturday there was no one in the store so the process did not take long.”
“Super great experience. Amazing staffs. Elvin is my hero he is so helpful , fun, and kind. Always want to help me get the best mattress and great price. Highly recommended!”
“I recently purchased a tempur-pedic bed (with a pillow as a free gift) from this store. Alex, a sales associate at this location, was very helpful, kind, and caring about my situation. I am dealing with a herniated disc in my neck and have had tremendous pain. She showed true compassion and a deep understanding of the best product for me. I have had the bed about two weeks and could not be happier. Alex truly cares about her customers.”

“Don’t walk , run to this store and ask for Melissa! There is no one else who could do more to help me find my perfect mattress and pull all the strings to make me the happiest customer ever. Melissa was kind, attentive and knowledgeable about every single mattress that I wanted to try. She was able to figure out what was the ideal mattress that would work best for me. She really put in a lot of effort and time to make my mattress dream come true. Cannot thank her enough. I have been to other stores that salespeople do not have that much professionalism or dedication to seeing the customer find the right mattress, Melissa has both of these and much more. It takes the right person to find the perfect mattress. I’m a side stomach sleeper so it’s hard to find a hard yet soft mattress. I thought I was going for a certain mattress but Melissa insisted I should try a specific one, and she was right! It was love at first try. Only a real mattress extraordinaire could find THE ONE for me, and I have tried quite a few by now.
The store itself is clean and has a great selection of mattresses to try. Parking on site.”
“Angelica was so helpful, gave us all the information we needed and listened to our needs but also let us take our time trying out mattresses. She helped us find the perfect mattress and clearly explained the process of getting it. We are very excited about our new mattress, thank you Angelica!”

“Great experience at Sleepare NYC. Valerio was super helpful and made the whole process easy. We ended up going with the Mlily ChiroPro 3.0 and love it so far. They also give you 120 days to try it out, and if you don’t like it, they’ll pick it up and swap it for another one. Definitely recommend.”
“Highly recommended!
Perfect for massage chairs and housewarming gifts. Always friendly, great prices, and excellent delivery service. Definitely a place I want to visit again. Thank you!”
“My salesman Yehon could not have been more helpful. The store was having a big clearance sale, there were many customers. Still he took the time to move a sofa away from the wall at my request so I could see it before purchasing.”
“I came into Bob’s looking for a new cozy couch and that’s exactly what I found! With the help of Mark who warmly introduced himself and made us chuckle in the process. Walked me through the check out and delivery process swiftly and now I can wait to receive my new couch! Mark is the best!”

“Just purchased some items from this store and received them today. The salesperson Johnny was so helpful and incredibly patient in answering my questions and helping me find the right items for my new apartment. He was also very supportive after my purchase when I had to adjust my delivery date and some details about the order. He made a stressful, chaotic move so much easier. “I am so excited with my new living room and dining room furniture. More than that I can not praise amy and buddy, the owners of Melrays for helping me choose these items. With just a minimal amount of information about the color and style I favored, Amy chose a material that I LOVE. From there we were able to choose the rest of the furniture and accessories.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Amy and Buddy. They were always responsive to my calls and concerns.
I very highly recommend Melray's Furniture”
