“Today, I was picking up my wife at a New York City hospital and when I got in the van, noticed the "low tire monitor" was lit on the dashboard. Took the van to Ideal and saw Jason - he was with another customer, so Nick handled my concern. He first added air, then took off the tire and noticed a nail or screw in the treads. He quickly got the rolling car lift, took the tire off, repaired the tire, checked the tire pressures in all four tires, and adjusted them, as needed. The whole repair was completed in under ten minutes...perfect timing. FIRST RATE experience...and a BIG thank you to NIck...wish you well with your studies to become a certified automotive technician. “Truck Drivers, before you take your truck to any repair shop in Northeast Region, make sure you know the problem. My truck broke down in CT on I-84, I towed it to the nearest repair shop, they told me it was EGR valves, we changed both of them, nothing changed,truck was still doing the same thing (no power) I wasted $4500 for nothing, they didn’t find the problem, don’t trust any mechanic in northeast areas, most of them don’t know how to fix a truck, especially VOLVO, and they won’t tell you. I had to tow my truck again to the Volvo dealership, they don’t have software for 2005 Volvo engine the mechanic said. I decided to tow it to NJ to this shop (30 minutes oil change) all the mechanic did was drove to the shop, and he found the problem, he found it without opening the hood or connect it to the computer. it was the clutch he said. It was the clutch, my truck is running great again. If you’re looking for a quick repair shop in East Coast look for this shop, I highly recommend it, I watched them how hard they work to put trucks back on the road, I was impressed for their skills, take your truck to this shop you won’t regret.”

“My son drove in from out of state for the holiday and his check engine light came on, with two other dashboard lights. Our regular mechanic was closed for the holiday, so on glowing recommendations I called Atros and explained our situation. My son's car had been having electrical issues, so we didn't know if the check engine light was serious or just an electrical malfunction. And we wanted to know if it was safe for my son to drive back to school or if he had to have the car serviced immediately, if the problem was very serious. We brought the car in on Saturday morning and they tested and evaluated the issue. And they were fantastic. Advising us upfront of the potential costs and scenarios, and after a comprehensive evaluation, they told us that the check engine light warning was legitimate, but not dangerous or of immediate concern, and that the car was safe to drive and would make it back to my son's school without problem, where he could take it to his mechanic. All of the work performed was done with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. The pricing was extremely reasonable and there were zero surprises. I highly recommend Atros for their honesty, forthrightness, and quality work.”

“2 weeks ago, I dropped off my 2018 Mustang GT at the shop in the morning due the engine light was on then rushed back to work. I don't really bring my Mustang to just any place to be checked but my wife is a customer here and heard good feedback from her about this place. The mechanic (John) called me the same day midday and briefed me that there were missing engine parts and that the prev owner customized my Mustang with after markets which was affecting the engine. He was very honest and detailed about the whole issue. I asked for an estimate. He called me later, he was proactive enough to be on the call with the Ford dealership the whole afternoon to check estimates for all the parts needed. After I agreed with the service he immediately started working on my car project, he kept me updated the whole time which I highly appreciate, he even gave me his personal # if any concerns. He replaced the entire exhaust system including nuts bolts brackets and clamps, he fixed all the damage the last people caused. It was all original when completed.This is my first review ever since I don't really write any reviews but this place deserves it. Great costumer service, proactive, effective, honest and reliable. They def gained a new loyal customer.”
