“I came here to get the summer tires off my car and replaced with some rubber for the winter months. Jason was deeply knowledgeable and knew more about this than I ever would. He was right that used tires are usually more trouble than they are worth, but when we reached that point he leapt into action to help me get sorted out with a new tire to replace a dud. He was open, honest, and great to work with.
As an added bonus, when we came in our other car that just had all the low tire pressure warning go off (hello cold months), he had his team fill it up and even pop on some tire valve caps to replace the long-lost ones on our GLB.
As a millennial I also appreciated that he's more than happy to arrange everything over text, because who has time for phone calls!

“Jimmy and Albert are incredible professionals that went above and beyond for my rim and tire issue. Long story short, rim got badly damaged, needed 2 new tires. My dealership did not want to support me in getting service as well as a loaner. The gentlemen at Jimmy’s were able to get me same day service through my protection plan. Albert spent hours on the phone with my insurance company fighting to get my claim approved. Ultimately, he succeeded and they were able to give me a brand new set up the next day. “I had a flat tire on my mb c400. The tire shop was recommended by mb repair shop. I didn’t expect to get it fixed today as I went there after 2:00. However as soon as I drove in the front, one of staff came to me to help. He found out that there was a nail on the tire and patched it. It was less than 40 minutes. I think the tire shop is honest and provides a fast service. I recommend this tire shop to anybody with a tire problem. I was very happy with their service.”

Just drove up, they did the inspection in about five minutes, and then done. $75 fee for private inspection which is the going rate for this service. They seemed pretty busy too so for anything more involved you likely want an appointment. Thanks so much!”
