“Words cannot describe how thankful I am towards Mike. Certainly I do not know why some reviews are bad. Mike sounds a little strong when first contacting but does have a good heart and strict by the book. I purchased a bumper from him and misplaced the receipt later one needed it for my salvage inspection since NY requires receipts for parts purchase for passing salvage inspection. And Mike really went above and beyond over 4 hours to help me out which resulted in great news. He did not have to do that, but he cares for his clients and certainly his business.
