Normally those who attend are friendly and help you, but sometimes I have someone who did not want to help me change the battery or they do it reluctantly. But I am a customer because of the products they have there.

“I needed to have my car battery checked and possibly replaced. While there are many places nearby, there’s truly no better option than this one. My battery was still under warranty, but I didn’t have the receipt—or even remember that it had a warranty!
Chris, the new store manager, went above and beyond to assist me. Despite the cold weather, he provided exceptional customer service, ensuring everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Truly a top-notch experience!”

Went here to get my battery replaced. They replaced the battery - but the terminal was messed up and needed to be replaced. Justin & Ronaldo were extremely helpful and not only replaced the battery but replaced the terminal for me. They went above and beyond - and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. 5 stars
