The service is not as good as before.I asked for a change that I had Cash with me already and I just wanted it in all $100 bill she said I had to Deposit money into an account first. And this way I can get the $100 bill?? Like why???This is where I do business all the time and this is never happened to me. Why is getting complicated now?

Horrible customer service. The waiting for a bank teller is ridiculous…. Over an hour to deposit. They only have 1 teller, which is very nasty (will not mentioned her name to not embarrassed her). I will have my business move all accounts from this bank. How is it that 3 ppl are greeting clients at the door, yet just one nasty teller ??♀️?

My day could’ve been better if my issues was resolved instead of sofia being very unprofessional and not respectful at all.First off I was going there for my own personal issue about my account and sofia wants to try to tell everyone about my problem and that’s very disgusting. Customer info should be confidential not gossiped about.

I always have an amazing experience when I come here and never have any issues at all! I was having a lot of issues cashing a child support check that I had and I brought it to Bank of America and they didn't even ask twice! There's an extremely friendly staff that greets you at the door and the bank tellers are all super friendly and helpful! I'm actually on my way there now :)

This branch is unprofessional and the experience was egregious. I went into the lobby and the greeter his attire is disheveled and not well kept bad presentation of a bank. I asked Oneyda Santamaria if I could do a stop payment on a cashier's check that I just purchased the day before just 24 hours because I lost the check which is a cashier's check from BOA. I have banked with them for over 20 years and they stated it was nothing that I could do that I should have gotten a surety bond. I closed all of my accounts and I had 4 I have never experience such inadequate and dismissive tone. She states it was nothing that they could do. So I told them close all 4 of my accounts. No option no help everyone was rude and just nonchalant on a check over $10,000. A cashier's check that the teller charged me $15 for which his inexperience and not very well trained knowledge of valued customers was very transparent on their customer service. I bank with Chase, Santander and Credit union and have never experienced this and they have never been so rude and dismissive. Do not bank with this branch they will treat you like you are not a valued customer and like you are inconsequential. I work in finance and I would never treat a customer this way especially 20 years of service with an institution. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My primary bank is Chase and I was looking for a secondary bank, wanted something local so it was BOA or TD… read reviews on both but went with my gut and I m glad I did. I had to make an appointment to open checking account since I wanted a Saturday slot.Everyone I met was very professional and friendly from the moment I made the appointment until I left with my account openedJunior Rodriguez was my account representative, polite /professional / and friendly.There was a Latin female manager , who I really did not get the spelling of her name my apologies, I believe she did a great job training and molding this branch team and now she was moving on to the Teterboro branchShe was very professional and very knowledgeable and also taught me something about ZelleOverall a great experience…..Only downside with BOA is no late night hours, it would be nice if Thursday would be open 9-6pm like some other banks, they are open Saturday but Saturday can be a lil busyOther than that I believe this branch is great with a great team
