I always have an amazing experience when I come here and never have any issues at all! I was having a lot of issues cashing a child support check that I had and I brought it to Bank of America and they didn't even ask twice! There's an extremely friendly staff that greets you at the door and the bank tellers are all super friendly and helpful! I'm actually on my way there now :)

This bank seems always understaffed. Every time i go, there is a long line and 1 teller. The other teller is doing something else and they don't care if you are waiting in the line for over 10 mins. Not a good customer service. Need improvement.

Bank of America sent me a review which was inoperable so that I am reviewing my experience here. There is an associate there Adrianna who has been so helpful to me over the years. She is pleasant, professional and always helpful. Yesterday, I consulted requiring a notary, a task which she performed. In the past, she has been the only person who has truly gone out of her way to provide information and follow through on something I required. I can not speak as highly about other employees there but do want to make sure she is acknowledged.

I deposited on cashier's check and I gave $15 but they didn't give me a envelope. I asked it she said to me we don't have it, I don't believe her it's so basic action

Amazing experience everytime I go. The tellers are extremely helpful and courteous. The branch manager Chan is extremely helpful..Kudos for this branch..

There is one teller open, one doing other stuff and "greeters" and 12 people on line - many have complained ... I chose to write a review here.. these people have no consideration .. why can't the lady do the other stuff when there aren't 12 people on line ?

Poor Customer Service I was trying to assist my elderly parents (longtime customers) with a banking issue. We placed several calls to their banker who never called back. I called and asked to speak with a manager thinking that then I would receive some assistance. The manager told me she was busy but would call back....1 week later....NEVER DID. I had to call again (5th time!!!) and refuse the "we'll get back with you" line. I stayed on hold almost 10 minutes and even then the manager did not answer--the call was answered by someone else who was not very helpful. She said we can't help people over the phone----ok fine---but then it should not take FIVE calls for me to find that out. We are very low maintenance people--the one time we needed some help it would have been nice to be treated decently.

teller.with attitude... not so friendly nor polite. should have just used the atm machine.. except I needed.change...dont they train ppl prior to letting them deal with customers??

I arrived at the bank on a Thursday at 12noon, There is only one teller at the window and there is a few employees walking around perhaps having a training session. I spoke with Kimberly that was out on the floor and she said there is only one window person and as soon as he is finished with that customer he can help you. Then other people walked in on the line ,that's when Kimberly returned to the window counter to assist customers. What if there was no other customers walking in we would still be waiting for the other person
