Bad service, I do not recommend it.
Speed doesn't equal quality. It's expensive and lacking in quality. The cleaning machine is poor. Parts of the car are still wet. Don't waste your money here.

I rarely write bad reviews, but I’m really disappointed with this car wash. After getting my car washed, I noticed a noticeable scratch on the hood that wasn’t there before. I called to let them know, and instead of being understanding or helpful, the woman I spoke to talked to me like I was stupid. Very rude and unprofessional. I expected better customer service and accountability. I won’t be returning.

Horrible and overpriced. They didn’t put the under cover correctly and it went out. You need to check what they claim doing. The overcharged and asks to change oil that is needed to change.

The guys at big daddy were great I had a issue with my car battery and the swap it out with no problems. One of the techs suggested taking the car to the mechanic because my battery was training to much juice and it could be a electrical issue they did multiple test, which I appeciate it and gave me great advice. These guys are are professional and knowledgeable. For oil changes and any car maintenance please visit big daddy's in north bergen. Thank you again

Did oil change and car wash at Big Daddy’s. Decided to do the wash ‘cause had bird shit on the hood. Next day realized bird shit was still there😔 Kind of tells you the reason of the bad reviews.

I got the so called Delux wash for $25.00.
The wash and detailing is pretty bad. I guess because it's near to closing time I went, the workers must be cold , hungry, or tired. Or maybe they feel they just dont care about their lousy shitty performance. Nonetheless I paid for the complete service I should have received and not the half ass uncaring finish i got. I suggest you go around your car and inspect before you leave, I know from now on I will. I didn't do it and when I pulled into my driveway is I when I saw the shitty cleaning I got inside and out. And I gave $10.00 tip.

Overselling after the car is in the pit for an oil change. Altering the price. Then after confronting, personel walked away without an answer and never returned. After 15 minutes waiting without answers we left the place!!!
