Very nice clothes and the place is clean and everything is well organized, the store staff is very friendly and attentive, all the girls who work there are helpful and attentive, they helped me order some shoes online, I really liked that they spoke to me in Spanish 🙌😌😌

Check the bill before leaving, they charged me for 1 item 2 times.

They are supposed to open at 10, it is already 10:10am and I am outside the store, a worker saw me and told me to wait, why would they say they open at 10 if they don't do it?

Walked in 15 minutes to close(6:45pm). Needed pants for our son. The worker warned us they were closing, and when we asked to use the dressing room, she told us it was closed!? Clearly didn’t want our business. We walked over to Gap, they were happy to help.

The manager and staff are completely horrible. I couldn’t return purchased items even with having a receipt.
I bought a pair of shoes for my 3 year old son and he unfortunately could only wear them for less than half an hour as they didn't fit him well and therefore went to return them with my original receipt that certifies that the purchase had only been made a week earlier. The attending cashier called the alleged shift store manager who did not look like a manager because she had no ID or company uniform from Carter’s.
Manager rudely told me that I couldn't exchange the shoes because they appeared to be used and that they couldn’t exchange size or refund my money.
I have been shopping with Carter’s for years and I now have gone ahead and deleted the App because I don't intend on returning ever again.
Carter’s clearly does not understand the meaning of customer service.
Hope this review is helpful for existing customers and may reach Carter’s upper management for employee review and company training in customer service skills.

Horrible service... I bought baby shoes with my rewards and they did not apply them.. the manager seems very lost

Came in to pick up some onesies. Store was very clean and well organized. We were asked if we were ready to checkout because we were near the register. Appreciated how attentive the workers were. The young woman who checked us out was very friendly also. Selection was great and we were able to get a few sale items also. Would definitely recommend this location.

5 stars for dress collection, quality for toddlers.But not sure why the staff is keeping the trail room & restrooms locked. They should understand that parents will come with kids and the kids may need to use the restrooms. My kid had to pass the urine urgently, when we tried to find the restroom they were in locked state, we had to go to the billing counter and ask the staff to unlock the restroom & had to wait until the staff complete the billing(you know kids can't hold the urine until the staff does all his work & to come unlock the restroom), This is a very bad experience I had today..Please understand that the purpose of trail rooms are for customers to try out the clothes for their kids and the restrooms are for customers use but not to lock and keep the keys with the staff!!!
