The general manager was incredible to deal with, I had doubt about moving in and sharing a warehouse but the manager gave me the confidence to move forward and begin my lease with Alex, I’m happy I met him and please keep having manager like Alex always in a facility

Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from them. My storage is full and it's a whole thing to move to a new one but boy do I regret going there.
This is NOT a storage space, this is a place where ppl conduct business and is treated as such. They send an email every other week requesting papers from your business, insurance, certificate of business, firemen coming to check your unit... you name it.
I wish I knew before because I do NOT use it as a business but as a storage and it's BEYOND ANNOYING to receive a new email everytime "provide THAT NOW or we wont renew your lease".
So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The manager Alex is an amazing person, the place looks better than ever! I've been here for 6 years and he's the best manager by far! Respectful, attentive, friendly and strict. Everything in the right amount.

I highly recommend ReadySpaces if you’re a startup/business seeking flexible warehouse space. Unlike traditional storage spaces, ReadySpace offers storage unit size variations from 250 sqft up to 2000+ sqft at reasonable rates with month to month rental agreements. They offer all the amenities you’d expect a warehouse to have (loading docks, fork lifts, pallet jacks) with a manager that it very competent.

The CustomSpace allows us to operate our business more practical and effectively. We've been using this space to launch our business and CustomSpace is the perfect solution for short term warehouse space!
