Storege places very nice people never had a problem . Workers there are very helpful to us as old people and caring for your stuff and containers. I appreciate them a lot. I wish more. Storege will be like them. They do the best they can that you always clean. The floors are always nice and shiny. You could go to every locker everywhere and everything is nice and clean Now as you know the other people who take advantage of them, but they always maintain their call and let them know the policy. I have my Storege for my mother there and I am very happy. They remind me if I forget they work with me if I’m going to problems but they always there for me and this is what I like About their storage . We need more people like them. It’s been quite a while. I’ve been with them and I’m very happy. Personally, I’m not related to them. I do not know them but the vibes they have a very positive towards myself and my mom. And God bless him

Horrible place.The employees are great people,but the company that they stand for proudly is concerning.Ive been paying for insurance put a claim in and never heard back i threw out whatever I could take with me in a rented homedepot pickup truck to haul all my bugachi shirts and other clothing.mattress,and other miscellaneous things.Due to the tremendous rat infestation 🐀.they urinated and defected on everything they ate my expensive wool coat and comforters aswell.I was only able to save some crystalware,and some antiques.i had no choice but to leave all the rat poop infested things behind and now they said I would be taken to collections after this establishment ruined my things and got nothing. Ihad to pay to haul out the first round of things n pickup rental fee. And I still have the very few things that were left in a smaller room same facility.i had no money this time around to pay for labor workers.so despite that fact that I am extremely sick.I fell out towards the end review your cameras I was rushed to hospital,am still here.emergency surgery...Thanks corporate u guys rock..If you acquire a unit here after reading this review u must be as desperate as i was this second time around..Goodluck to your possessions...

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage! Booking a storage unit was quick and efficient. The service overall was awesome. Customer service was excellent when I was at the facility getting my unit… the only thing is that storage rent doubles after a few months and you have to move out and get another unit at a lower price point, not even a year before it goes up… why bother ask how long you’ll be renting when reserving a unit if they will jack up the rent after a few months. If that’s the norm in storage unit business it sucks.
