great service clean store. I bought a sketchbook from five below and I sketched some art in the paper was horrible where it cheaply poked holes when I would sketch.

The manager does not know how to do her job and seem to not care, I went in there to purchase a item with my gift card, the manager didn't know how to ring it up, never bothered to call someone to find out, so I put the item on the counter and left out, her and some guy who doesn't work there accused me of stealing it, until the other cashier told them I actually did sit it down, I didn't get a apology just a oh well, the District Manager did nothing when I reported to her not one apology.
