For occasional or specialty use, the quality is often good enough. Customer service is generally great with really helpful and friendly staff, though some employees appear to be bothered. It is a typical store with nothing special about it, but it provides an unmatched assortment for an unbeatable value, including high-quality power tools whose prices can't be beat.
