A heaven for home fixers! Very well organized and great hours. The staffs are super helpful and nice. I have no clue with home fixing- but if you go ask for an advice, they got you. Very knowledgeable and professional! And the price is great. The price range goes from affordable to professional level.

Might as well not offer curbside pickup. You have to call the store multiple times or just go inside to get your order cause they never bring it to your car

Order a washer on November 21. First delivery guy told me I needed an extension hose. Did that. Second delivery guy told me I needed a new water valve. Bought it. Third delivery.....washer wasn't even on the truck due to a "miscommunication". Okay. Fourth and final delivery guy says "we aren't allowed to install extension hose." Done done done!! Never again, going to Lowes.

I had excellent service from Sham from the pro desk. He exemplified incredible patience and excellent service. Me and my father have been buying from Home Depot for over ten years and sham’s has been the best pro desk employee we have been with. I highly suggest if anyone needs products from the pro desk. Shams is your guy.

RUN far away! Wish I could give negative stars. This place is horrible. I ordered for a pickup order and nothing was ready. No staff knew what was going on. Took 30 minutes just to get a employee to roll their eyes at us for asking for a update. Wasted over 40 minutes of time I could of shopped for my items faster than that! Also forgot to mention that they didn't even have it in stock! Imagine a home depot without moving boxes and a plastic bin in stock! The employees do not care and this place has gone down. Used to be my favorite home depot. Will not come again and advise everyone don't bother with the order pick up you'll waste your whole day.

I needed some ac wire. It showed one in stock, but it wasn't in the location it was supposed to be, and the employee that was assisting me went the extra mile to find it for me and i really appreciate the effort. That's customer service right there.

Went out of my way to go to this specific location because online inventory said the item I needed badly was in stock. At the store, the associate said if the count online was 4 or less, it might not be in stock in the store and it wasn’t. Some system, eh? Was also asking the associate about alternatives and someone else asked a question and he abandoned me mid-sentence (and I was kind and nice while asking!). I needed something specific for a family member in great pain after surgery to make them more comfortable and did not achieve that goal or provide relief that day. Over to Amazon and had the item before 10 am the next morning. Yowza.

On Saturday, September 30, I visited the North Bergen Home Depot with the expectation of receiving a satisfactory customer service experience. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a complete failure. I noticed that there were no associates present in the painting or lumber aisles. I then proceeded to the rental section where I rented an upholstery machine. However, upon bringing the machine home, I was extremely disappointed to find that I couldn't figure out how to operate it even after watching multiple YouTube videos and reading the user guide on Google. Early the next morning, I returned to the store seeking assistance. A young man with glasses was very pleasant and understanding. He was able to help me resolve the issue with the machine's functionality. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when another associate (who had black nail polish on his fingernails) got involved. His involvement led to a negative experience. The shift manager on duty that Sunday, October 1, 2023, approached me with a complete lack of understanding and immediately stated that I would not be receiving a refund. It's important to note that at no point did I request a refund; I simply sought assistance of an understanding to indeed change the 24-hour rental of the machine, to the next day return. The shift manager's actions directly contradicted the "Business Code of Conduct and Ethics" policy, which emphasizes values such as excellent customer service, building strong relationships, entrepreneurial spirit, respect for all people, creating shareholder value, doing the right thing, giving back, and taking care of our people. The manager insisted on not listening to my concerns until I made it clear that he was not understanding my perspective. I then requested a refund on but as of today, the refund has not been reflected in my bank account. I am extremely disappointed with Home Depot and consider them to be a complete fraud. Considering their low staff, one would expect the managers to serve as role models to the associates and provide an exceptional customer experience in order to retain customers. Unfortunately, the shift manager for the Sunday morning shift on October 1, 2023, failed to adhere to company policy and failed to act as a role model. To be honest, it would be better for you to purchase the device instead of renting it. That way, you would have it available whenever you need it, in the comfort of your own home, without worrying about managers or associates ruining your day due to a lack of customer satisfaction.
