Cleaner than their competitor but they cannot mix paint correctly. They do not give refunds in their unmatched paint color. They tried mixing a second time and still they cannot get it right. Waste of time.

Clean and well stocked. You can actually find what your looking for and it's easy to find a staff member. So much better than Home Depot.

I ordered next day delivery and received items that were clearly missing parts. Since the delivery (of the defective item) was technically completed, they will not refund the next day delivery fee. I essentially paid to expedite the process of finding out I was being shipped a defective product.
If you are considering next day delivery, opt for a store that will not ship out obviously broken/defective products. Overall, ordering from this store just isn't worth the trouble or the time, so I would personally avoid it all together.

You get better expert advice and customer service from your local hardware shop. Too bad they don’t carry everything you need.
My experience was poor. No one offered help and when I asked someone for department specific they had no clue as to what I needed or where to find what I asked for.
I eventually figured it out after what could’ve been 15 minutes turned to an hour or so.
This had been my experience every time. Are we investing in training and adding value to the employees. Doesn’t seem this way.

Horrible customer service. Stood for 15 minutes of employees walking around on the phone and not helping. The manager would not come out. Left and shopped at Home Depot. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Do better with your customer service. You sould be ashamed of this stores service!

I mean it's Lowe's, you walk in, somebody's going to point you in the right direction, usually you're going to find someone close to the aisle you're looking for who can take you the rest of the way.
They have everything, it's price cheap.
