Enjoyed our mattress shopping experience with Fernando, who was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Following the purchase, there was a slight hiccup from their shipping department regarding getting the COI for our apartment building, and Fernando helped facilitate securing the COI to ensure the delivery took place without additional delay. Thank you Fernando for making our mattress buying experience an enjoyable one.

Store’s associate Frank has provided me with excellent and professional service to enable me and friend to fully satisfy trial of mattress, box springs and frame at the store. Happily placed the order tonight 11/21/23 to expect delivery on Friday 11/24. Enjoyed shopping so much at the store in North Bergen.

Though we walked in with an idea of what we were looking for, Edison, the mattress expert at the North Bergen location, asked us the right questions and shared his knowledge of the mattress options available in the store. He was patient, listened to us, and offered great insights based on what we needed. Great customer service throughout the experience.

From the start we got greeted by Thomas and he was very thorough explaining all the best mattress available. We bought a Temper mattress king size and a smart pro base. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

The sales associate, Edison, was kind, patient, and professional. I walked in knowing what my major concerns were in finding a comfortable bed for back pain relief, and even worked within my budget to find the perfect mattress. His attention was excellent, even while juggling 2 other clients. I didn't feel pressured to buy, but in the end, im confident that he helped me pick the perfect bed for my needs. I appreciate his time and attention, and the excellent customer service I received.

When I came into the store I did not expect to have as good of an experience as I did. I went in with my Grandma too get her a more comfortable bed to help out with her back. luckily we met Robert who was working That day and he was just exceptional. I know that if he was not there to assist us we would of left with a bed that may not have worked as well for my grandma as this new bed did.Robert went above and beyond to make sure that we left there with the best mattress needed for my grandma situation We also left there with an adjustable base that's just been a great addition to the experience for my grandma and I just want to let everyone know that I strongly recommend the mattress firm in North Bergen especially if Robert is there that day just so smooth and amazing.Thank you so much Robert.I would also like to add that the delivery came exactly when it was supposed to those truckers were great as well they said everything up for my grandma made sure the height was good for her showed her eye everything worked and just all around was an amazing experience with mattress firm so thank you to everyone and another special big thank you to Robert.I know without all of Robert's help this experience would not have been as amazing as it was.

Frank and Edison at Mattress Firm North Bergen were wonderful to work, very professional & knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time with me to help me pick out a mattress and even matched a competitor’s special price for me. I highly recommend these guys! No sales pressure whatsoever and excellent customer service.
