I came in for an Envista but it was already gone. They did great at showing me other cars and features until we found the perfect for me. They even made it work for me to take the car that was on the show floor that was already set aside to be swapped.The only thing I would recommend for improvement would be that when I requested to see the leasing numbers for 10k, 12k, and 15k miles, there was hesitation and reluctance to give me the printed version of all cars I was interested in. If I want to see all the numbers, then it shouldn’t be an issue to print them out, so I can make the best decision for myself.

Took a preowned car. After 100 miles the car break light came on. Seems like all the breaks and rotors need to be changed.I bought the car from McGuire considering they are reliable and sell good cars. Seems like the car was not inspected before selling and I had to spend on it again to get it fixed.It’s really disappointing seeing that a reputed brand dealership sells cars with such issues and doesn’t take responsibility for the repairs.I understand the used cars are “as is” sold but u can’t expect such a risky buy from a widely known dealership.I would never go back again for any kind of purchase.

Bought a GMC Truck Late last year. Sales Manager was incredibly dishonest and manipulative. Removed mud flaps as they apparently didn't come with them and the truck overheated within 2 months of driving it because there was barely any antifreeze in the truck. What they say about problems with the engine lifters is true! 6k miles and I hear constant clicking and noise everywhere I drive. Don't want to go back to this dealer. Have to find another. Avoid this dealership. The Sales Manager is the owner, which speaks volumes.

We had a very positive experience with Patrick, the Salesman who took care of us. He made sure all of our specifications were met and followed up with us from the first day we stopped by the dealership. He was very professional, knowledgeable and diligent at explaining all the gadgets in the vehicle. We highly recommend this dealership when looking to buy a new car.

Took my 2020 Buick encore GX in for service for a check engine light on July 5. Made the appointment the previous night as soon as the light went on after two hours of work on my car, I was informed that my car was safe to drive, and I can come back in 2 to 3 weeks when the parts that are back ordered have been received. The issue seemed to be with the turbo charger, a specific valve, etc.2 miles later, while driving on Tonnelle someone was screaming at me from an intersection that my vehicle was on fire. My vehicle had caught fire and was totaled due to negligence from this dealership.The service manager arrived at the location of my burning vehicle within 10 minutes. What really bothers me is how the situation was handled from here on out.Despite being put through this, I still wanted to go ahead and get myself into a new Buick, because I loved my car. Adriana, the finance manager, when asked what I needed from them, and I told them I just needed to be in a new vehicle (not an encore gx, for obvious reasons) and at my same payment she said simply “that’s not possible”. So for somebody who decided to try and work with the dealership, give them every opportunity to reconcile the situation, and remained what I would consider reasonably calm during this whole ordeal, they were 100% unsympathetic, and did not acknowledge their negligence.The only bright side of this dealership would have to be Patrick the one salesman who tried to help me prior to my vehicle catching fire, and Kimberly in the service department, who was always attentive and kind.I strongly recommend buick of Mahwah before this dealership seeing that they’re a lot more honest and helped me with leasing my GX 3 years ago.

I am truly delighted by my recent encounter with Eddie at the car dealership. His exceptional patience and genuine friendliness left a lasting impression on me. Eddie defies the negative stereotypes often associated with car dealers, embodying a refreshing and customer-centric approach that is truly commendable. His professionalism and demeanor have not only earned my trust but also made me contemplate inviting him to our family dinners. It is my sincere hope that the dealership recognizes individuals of Eddie's caliber and considers hiring more individuals who share his exemplary qualities.

When I made my appointment, they told it will take 4 hrs to change the parking sensor, I also asked them to do oil change; I sent one of my workers and he spent the whole day there and got a call at 4 pm from the service manager telling me that the GM system was down and he couldn’t do anything!! My answer to him was: why calling me at 4 pm!!! And he told me am sorry we will give you a discount on the oil change, he gave me $20.00 discount, meanwhile I pay the workers $180.00!! I have to comeback and the do the sensor that they never did, after that I will never comeback to this place, service is horrible and they don’t care about the customer at all!!

Easiest and best experience financing a car, the whole process was smooth and quick. Eddie and Adriana went out of their way to answer any questions I had, and Adriana made the financing easy to understand! I'm very satisfied with the service! I went in for a recall and was quoted an hour and a half wait time. They finished the job within the wait time which is really nice. Also, I was assisted by a service associate named Kimberly, she was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She made the experience even better.
