Did online order for instore pick up. Arrived at place and was told it would take up to an hour, mind you i only ordered 2 things. I guess nobody there likes to their job because taking an hour just grab 2 things is quite insane if you ask me. Ps. It doesn't tell you how long the order will take..

I’m extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and management of this establishment. It seems like the areas are not cleaned or sanitized after each dog, which is unacceptable. The facility is gross, smells terrible, and feels very unsanitary. I would not return here or recommend this place to anyone until significant improvements are made.

I had a HORRIBLE experience the first time I groomed my dog here but decided to try again with another groomer, Hailey and I’m very happy with how my pup looked and how sweet she was. Will be booking again with her. Thank you guys!

BEWARE
they try to sell you floor models as new
I was trying to buy a new tank, I did purchase it 2 times online but they canceled the order twice, I came to the store just to realize they sell tanks that are on display, all dirty and full of dust and they spect you to pay the price of new

Stay far away from grooming services if you love and care for your dog. Brought my standard goldendoodle for a full bath and cut done by Emily. She was kind at first. When it was almost time to pick up my dog, I stood outside the grooming location and heard my dog being yelled at. She was saying “ stop!! Stop moving!!!” it was extremely loud and I could tell my dog was afraid. It happened multiples times. Dogs should be treated the same whether or not their parent is around. On top of that, I was told my dog was difficult, even though he’s easy going and kind. Shows a lack of competence and understanding for dogs.
When I picked my dog up, he was beyond relieved and did not calm down for about 30 minutes. I’ve never seen him behave like that. On top of this, it took 5 hours for his groom to be complete when I was told it would take 3-4. Please don’t send your dog here. As a dog parent, you will be uneasy with the service and treatment. I will be following up with management. What a shame.

I recommend that you take your pets to another place for bathing and cutting, I had been a client for several years but no more, my dog returned full of fleas after the service, Dev G. was the one who took care of him, the cut is messy and my dog didn't smell good, the worst of all are the fleas!!
We will never return to this place!

INCE 2018 I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY PUPPY, NALA, TO PETSMART, SALON, IN NORTH BERGEN,NJ. I ALWAYS PAY THE BEST PACKAGE FOR HER GROOMING. A YEAR AGO MY DOG HAD HER NAILS TRIMED, IT WAS SO BAD THAT SHE WAS BLEEDING AND PETSMART NEVER INFORMED ME OF THE INSIDENT, SPOKE TO MANAGEENT AND WAS ADDRESSED WITH EMPLOYEES. AS WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES I GAVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE AND KEPT TAKING NALA TO PETSMART. HOWEVER, JUNE 8, 2024. I TOOK NALA FOR A FULL GROOMING SERVICE AND WAS THE WORST EXPERIECE. NORMALLY THEY WOULD HAVE HER DONE IN ABOUT 2 HOURS. I DROPPED HER OFF ABOUT 3PM AND IT WAS 7PM AND THEY WERE NOT FINISHED YET. I WENT TO THE STORE AND THEY WERE FINISHING HER UP. THE EMPLOYEES WERE NOT CARING FOR THE PETS THAT WERE THERE BUT TALKING AMOUNG THEM. EMILY THE GROOMER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THE SALONG PERSON THAT WAS IN CHARGE THAT DAY A MALE. VERY NASTY SAID THAT THEY WERE TOO BUSY, MIND I HAD THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED WEEKS BEFORE. MY PUPPY LOOKED HORRIBLE! THE HAIR CUT WAS SO BAD THAT I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. I WENT IN TEARS TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY THAT DAY AND HE JUST SAID , I WILL ADDRESS IT. NALA LOOKED SO SCARED LIKE IF SHE HAD BEEN BEATEN UP. SHE WAS NOT ACTING NORMAL. WITH OUR LOVE AND CARE SHE WAS BACK TO NORMAL WITHING DAYS. I JUST WILL LIKE TO BRING THIS UP FOR SOMEONE ELSE DOES NOT EXPERIENCE SUCH A HORRIBE SITUATION. EMILY SCREAMED AT ME, "WHAT DO YOU WHANT IM TRAINING" I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT SHE WAS A TRAINEE OR SHE SHOULD HAVE HAD SOMEONE TRAINING HER CORRECTLY, BUT SHE WAS SO UNRESPECTFULL. THAT LIKE I SAID I LEFT IN TEARS. MAY GOD PROTECT OUR PETS AND NOT HAVE PEOPLE TREAT THEM SO BAD!

Popped in for a refund for an aquarium that was too big bought at another branch in Manhattan. Receipt wouldn’t scan but the lady figured out how to input it. Clean store with a lot more variety than the Manhattan one which I think is bigger. Cute cats for sale. And more variety for aquariums, cat treats and most other things. Had a grooming and engraving service. I will pop back. I was too busy for the rest of the day and didn’t want to buy anything else I’d have to carry. Queue was a bit long for the check out. When o got to the front they took their time to help so waiting was worth it. Friendly staff. I can’t remember the Young lady’s name that rang me up. I only took a few photos to remind me what I was any to go back for. One for my roommates cat ? Store is on the corner.
