Bruja with a golden retriever..could not control her dog. complaining about me..I should of called the cops..but I called her bruja. then she continues to get a manager.or speak to someone outside the training room.i still hear her.so I said.i still hear you bruja.it could of been for her or her dog.this concluded.my fur baby being taught on his training by him self.this bruja.can not control her animal..

Horrific experience with the grooming salon. I was visiting from out of town and brought my 4 lb maltipoo in for a bath and trim for an 8 AM appointment. They ended up “nipping” her belly so severely that they had to send her to the emergency vet to have her wounds glued closed. They finally called me after they already had one of their employees drop her off to an urgent care facility and then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go and retrieve my dog from that unknown establishment. Upon my arrival, My dog was so traumatized that she barely acknowledged me, as if she had been sedated without my consent. When exiting the facility, I asked for documentation which they did not provide because they stated that the “bill” was covered by pet-smart groomers. The wound looks more like a bite rather than a graze from clippers. I don’t believe that petsmart nor the urgent care facility gave proper detail about the injury and although they claim that it is “protocol “ to transport pets to the vet when they cut them, I am not happy with the fact that they didn’t notify me before transporting my dog somewhere unknown to me. There was no communication between the petsmart groomers or myself to verify that I was in the position to get my dog back from this new location. Overall, my dog wasn’t able to be groomed during this appointment however she suffered tremendously due to their negligence.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I needed to. Please avoid taking your pups to the grooming here. I took my dog for grooming for the first time to try a new place. When I went inside I had a bad feeling about leaving my dog there since it was crowded with so many dogs waiting to be taken in and not very organized. I drove pretty far so decided let me give a try. When I picked up my dog the place was so dirty with hair everywhere on the floor. I mean it looked like days worth of hair. My dog was there for 6 hours and he was uneven and smelled like he didn’t even get bathed. I’m not the one to make a scene but just noted. Never again!

Brought my puppy ocean for puppy training class and can I tell you the trainer halely k is the BEST! She knows everything and anything about behavioral issues etc and is a sweetheart treated my baby with so much care and love!

I come here for the Exquisicat Grass Seed Litter, and Fancy Feast Petites?.They have a large variety of flavors, and huge inventory. The rewards/points are very useful. Place is super clean and staff very friendly!?

If I could I would give no stars, took my dog for grooming and a hair cut ! Appointment for 7:00 am 09/12/23 and I asked for expedited service which cost more because I don’t want my dog in a cage.I arrived at 6:45 because if you are not on time you lose your turn! No one was at the store to let me in until 7:11 am.The groomer that I had an appointment with did not come in on time either. The young girl that also came in late. I mentioned to her about the expedited service and charge and the fact that if I’m late I lose my turn so I didn’t think it was fair they charge expedited service. She was rude ! Steve the grooming manager came in and she told him I was upset because she was late. Steve offered a 10% discount due to the inconvenience.big deal! Steve asked a few questions and I told him my dog was just at the vet and all was well . He said I could come back in an hour and a half.Half hour later Steve calls me as I was shopping and said I must pick up my dog because he has fleas and their policy does not allow them to touch him! They had given him a bath so he was wet . They were upset that I called them out and told them I would be calling corporate office . They were unprofessional and malicious. My dog did not have fleas . I realize they had bad intentions I picked up my dog and left .I should have listened to the people who told me never to take my dog there and to read the reviews.Corporate office doesn’t hold the employees accountable as if PetSmart was the only store for grooming!Be aware and stay away ! Read the reviews and believe them.

Dog training with Hayley was amazing! As a first time dog owner, she was able to give many tips and teach very effectively. I had no idea how to properly train a dog nor the importance of it until i realized how easy it was with the progress. She teaches with both verbal and visual cues for the dogs and is usually able to have them performing the trick by the end of the class. she has lots of good recommendations for which treats work best, even for my puppy which wasn't super food motivated. My puppy was always excited at the class and hayley was able to answer any questions i came upon, such as how to get him to stop pulling on his leash. she was very good with communicating and connecting with me as well! its been over a year since his 2nd level graduation and she still remembers us anytime we visit and loves to hear about any updates and progress we've had since then.
