I had to drop off a 6ft x 2ft prepaid box and Daniel was great. He scanned it and gave me my receipt. Quick service very polite

This store was such a pleasure! The customer service is amazing, and the young lady named Ashley was such an exceptional young lady. I went into the store a couple of days ago needing to do multiple things and left with in less than 15 minutes. Ashley was able to help me with a fax, shipping, and printing services. She was so patient and understanding throughout the entire process. A big thank you to her for being such a sweet young lady.

Workers are very friendly and want to help. People even come in to ask for directions. There is plenty of parking and they are open on Saturdays which makes it super convenient.

Fast service, but the smell inside is horrible. Nothing against their culture, but these young Indian boys should wash and remove their incense sticks. It gets in your eyes. I just went again as soon as they opened and the urine smell is horrible.Not returning to this #UPSstore again.

friendly and most importantly HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AWESOME STAFF. I have been coming to this store for quite sometimenow.altho there is one closer to my house.. I come here..Fenal helped me today. Pls commend Fenaland the staff for always giving 110%.

Day before I went to the sane location. I need to print out a return label for a Cologard package that shipper emailed me. The salesman did me the courtesy of printing it as I don't have a printer. The next day;this same situation but different salesperson said " There is a $2.50 charge" . Being I had no other choice other than going to the library in order to save time I reluctantly paid. I even explained to him that the other person did not charge me the day prior. He was unresponsive.

I don't know why there are bad reviews for this store. I've gone there tons of times to return packages and they've always been helpful, fast and friendly. Never had a problem.In fact, we were there this past weekend to return some clothes to Macy's. We needed to make three separate shipments. So, the girl helping us recommended we buy two shipping *bags* (cheaper than boxes) and then send the third one back in the box we had brought them all to the store in! She could have just sold us the three boxes we originally requested, but instead she actually came up with two different ways for us to save money. We really appreciated it. Good store.

I encountered a disappointing experience with the shipment of my package. It arrived late and in a damaged condition, and all the items inside were missing. Despite reaching out to UPS, I received neither a refund nor a response. The service provided was extremely horrible!

My mother went to this store to mail money to me and was tended to by Leo, who insisted that she tell him what was in the envelope she was mailing until she finally told him it was cash & then he insisted on asking how much there was & then gave her a bad tracking # after collecting her 50.00 plus dollar fee. A tracking # that is bogus & that UPS cannot verify, now the packet disappeared & the money is now gone, the last person who had it was the clerk (Leo). When called, nobody at the store would help & we were given the run around & finally hung up on. Taking this to corporate in hopes that SOMETHING can be done in regards to this theft. Why did he insist on knowing what was in the envelope & then why were we treated so poorly and given the run around by Leo & his manager when trying to get to the bottom of this? Beyond unacceptable & we will follow through with any and all options as they present themselves. Beware of this store!!

When you use their computer to print documents, they will charge you by using computer. Computer will keep pop up to ask you if you need to extend time and they charge you when you click yes. Print three pages documents and spend 2 to 3 minutes to use that computer. COST $6.34 DOLLARS. I will never step into this store again.

Since new owners took over there is no community relationship and supposedly there are new fees, which are not listed on their website, as I was told.Walked in with a prepaid label, due to the low ink in my printer, the label print was low but still visible. I was advised that they would need to print a new label and it would cost me $2.50 to print and $0.20 for paper. I still was not clear as to why the charge as the company paid already for their service.So in order to return my items, I had no other choice but to pay the $2.70 plus $0.18 in tax. So if your going to this location make sure you have your wallet available.
