Honestly if you can go to any other post office, I suggest doing that. they're nice but severely understaffed.
I think they have the front desk staff working in the back, so you could be the only person there… But still have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come from the back to help you

The post master is extremely rude. Talking to Spanish people like if they were stupid. She didn’t want to hear or help them out. What an unprofessional worker at this place. Please keep her in the back not talking to guest. I will walk out of here if I see her again. USPS please address this issue.

Bad service at this place. The man with glasses at the counter seems like he doesn't want to work. No help at all, acting like he was doing me a favor for a passport. I will NEVER go there again. Camera for pictures is broken, supposedly, but appointment was made with photo. Liars!
