Made a passport appointment. Showed up with everything needed. No one there to complete the service. Was told to come back a different day. Why have available appointments that can't be done. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I’ve been going to this location for over 20 years, always get great service. The Asian lady that has been there for at least 10 years is always kind and ready to help.
