The United States Postal Service office at 7915 Bergenline Ave is a very clean location with hours of service from 10:00am to 7:00pm, which is open later than most post offices and is a big plus. There is parking around. The clerks are courteous, very helpful, and offer amazing customer service. Workers are patient and understanding, handling situations with respect even when busy. The office can get busy and may be understaffed at times, but the workers provide excellent and knowledgeable service. Customers report being pretty happy with the process and having no bad experience over more than a decade of visits. The USPS is committed to providing reliable delivery and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better.

There’s parking around, they are open later than most post offices, and i don’t expect much but they were fine at 6pm on a Friday! Pretty happy with what used to be a gross process in NYC
