I had such a lovely experience this morning with the red haired woman who was working today (I unfortunately did not get her name) and it left a good impression on me! She was very patient and accommodating, and never made me feel bad if I missed something on the customs form I filled out. Sometimes going to the post office can be anxiety inducing, but she was very sweet! I've also had a good experience with the young man who works there as well. I'd say sometimes if you go in with a good and gentle disposition, you'll usually get a normal experience. They work hard and sometimes it's just one person attending so I understand when things are less than ideal. But things go so smoothly when they also treat you with kindness and respect, so kudos to this location and their staff!

They didn't leave my package because they simply didn't feel like it, and I went to the office to complain, and it turns out the package was at another office. RIDICULOUS and very poor service. When I got to the office, they told me it was the wrong one, but the redeliver slip had the address for that office, and they simply crossed it out and sent me to the other office. That's why we are where we are with this VERY BAD SERVICES. 5 STARS BUT NEGATIVE. SHAME.

Shipment marked as delivered when, in fact, there wasn't USPS in sight at the time, to which my camera is witness. This isn't the first time. Now I can't even get a refund from the seller because the post office cares more about its stats. And filing claims is now useless because they just get ignored and you only get automated replies.
If someone robs you in the street, it's a crime, but when the post office does it, well... Good luck.
Thousands of dollars of lost and stolen goods is why half the country wants this burden closed or privatized. So do I. It's criminal waste.

It is not the office’s fault if they are understaffed. They are so patient and understanding every single time I go. The workers offer amazing customer service if you are kind and respectful. Expect to wait, it gets busy and that’s again, not the workers fault so don’t take it out on them. The worker Oswald is a very patient and kind worker that helped so many customers before me, even when there are rude customers he handles it with respect. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. You cannot expect understaffed and stressed workers to be kind to you if you aren’t kind back. I also go to this office frequently and never had a bad experience.

George was completely and utterly disrespectful. I come to this post office a lot and I usually receive the best customer service but today George ruined my experience with this branch. Will not be coming here anymore

DOES NOT SCAN POSTAL BOXES. SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK. I AM A 5 STAR SMALL BUSINESS THAT RELIES ON USPS. THIS YEAR THEY HAVE LOST OVER $1,000 OF MY INVENTORY. OVER 8 BOXES HAVE NIT ARRIVED TO MY CLIENTS. THEIR EXCUSE??? WE ARE SHORT STAFFED SO WE CAN NOT SCAN YOUR BOXES WHICH IN TURN NEVER GET DELIVERED. AND RUDE?!! BEYOND RUDE. GO TO ANYOTHER POST OFFICE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

George here is absolutely terrible and makes everyone wait even if there is an endless line. Never will call for assistance and like completely ignore everyone. Go to another location if possible

Very clean office, excellent customer service. The clerks here are courteous & very helpful.The hours of service from 10:00am to 7:00pm are a big plus for me. Been going to this office on Bergenline for more than a decade. Keep up the good work USPS

This USPS office repeatedly has lied about attempting delivery (proven with security cameras/the fact that they have free access to the building and mail room at my residence), so they keep holding my items for pickup, which I cannot do. Amazon refuses to stop using USPS, so all I can hope is that this USPS stops their unethical practices.
